Rocket league will be the death of me.
every single game my teammates are the worst players in human existence and play as hellen keller. never buy this game in your life or you would want to kill yourself. THIS IS WHY ROCKET LEAGUE IS DEAD ON THE MEN.

I have played this game off and on for a while (Since before Epic Games bought Rocket League and made it F2P to be exact). Honestly, this game WAS fun before epic ruined it by making it F2P and messing up match making. Now, I can enter a casual - keyword, CASUAL match and have to go against either hackers or Smurfs (For those unaware, RL Smurfs are pros who make new accounts to compete against people who are skilled way less than them) while my team is either the trashy AI bots or even more underskilled players. "Ok, so what about the community? Surely, it isn't that bad, right?? Maybe they actually agree, right?" Wrong! Well, okay, some of the community has pointed it out on the RL subreddit, however you look thru the comments to see people pretty much say "Just get better at the game" "You're delusional" "Well, then don't play" "You just made this reddit account just to troll, right?" and other shi like that. And the in-game chat? well, I have heard that the people who chat in-game are the most racist, sexist, bigoted people ever. I wouldn't even be surprised if some - if not most of them are literal CHILDREN! Where are the parent's at? Where is the discipline? And don't even think about reporting it either because Epic games will go out of their way to penalize you. But wait, it gets worse! You get a penalty if someone disconnects, or just leaves the match, in general. No to mention that the game is also seemingly laggy, even if you have good Wi-Fi. And I swear, if I see another "What a save" I am going to loose it (People use "What a save" as a way of taunting the opponents or even their own teammates) And worse, they took trading out of the game, so people who didn't get a chance to get unobtainable items won't be able to get them. Overall, I give it a -999/10. The only reason why epic probably hasn't shut it down after soon-to-be 11 years is because they are milking it. They even put this in Fortnite. ATP, Epic should just either shut RL down or fix their game because the amount of people ruining the game is through the roof, and the community tries to gaslight anyone who puts two and two together and realizes that this game has seen better days.

Terrible how is this fun you should be able to play players of same skill set why are you subjected to teams far more experienced all the time why is there so much verbal abuse all the time from far more experienced players..you need to do much better very poorly run

The physics of the game are poor, the matching of like skilled players doesn't exist, people just quit in the middle or just start playing for the other team. Yeah, you can report them, but nothing ever gets done, you still get the loss or blocked if you leave the abusive situation early.

Shitty ass game I have the ball and I lag for one second and the ball goes across the map and they score. I HAVE THE SHOT AND I GO FROM 20 - 400 PING IN 2 SECONDS AND I MISS THE WHOLE SHOT BECAUSE APPARENTLY MY LAG KNOWS WHEN TO SHINE. FIX YOUR GAME

The community is toxic as hell and you can't even trade in the game anymore. To be honest, I can handle the toxic players, but making every item in my inventory untradeable and at the same time worthless after hundreds of hour of trading is the most disgusting thing the developers can do with their own players. Rocket League is a solid 0/10 game right now.

If you want to keep your mental state don't EVER play this game. If you are having a good day and you want to ruin it entirely than you are more then welcome to play amazing Rocket League. DON'T PLAY THIS GAME EVER

Fun aspect...but poorly executed.
At this point...The game is just doing money making rotations.
Skins and such...

The community is TOXIC...
Almost every game you experience, will be around hate energy.
The text communication is broken as well.
Child filter but not working properly.
EPIC Games/RL Team experience regular lawsuits over their speech system.
Lost every case...
The updates on server connection have not improved over the years.
The updates on game mechanics, smooth gameplay seems to be not improving also.

In the end...I feel like it should just be with A.I. bots...as they usually rotate and be more of help.

The gamers I get teamed up with...lose interest after 30 seconds VERY often...
That is the type of sportsmanship that does not do well in comp matching...
So maybe keep those people in Casual?

Comp matching also seems VERY broken.
No skill based or style based pairing.
No low ping pairing...
If i pay for good connection...We should get good connections.
Each RANK...its like there is nothing known about it.
(No skills known or taught)-Ex: Rotating

Example..you can be in diamond or higher ranks and MANY gamers do not even understand Rotation.
This is easy fix...But no attempt over the years.

So far...each update brings new map skins and cars/cars skins..
Nothing impressive...
Monthly gifts for supporting the game are trash...Never used kinda stuff.

This team gave up and may as well be replaced by A.I. at this point.
We may see some improvements then.

rocket league is a good game but gives the worst teammates ever i cant be playing the game as a platinum and be teamed with other plats leveled at silver. that's not fair i want better teammates currently as im writing this we are losing 2-4 i have scored 2 goals with 3 saves my teammate has 0 goals and no assists no saves rocket league fix your fuckint game im fuming

After 2,300hrs + the game is complete trash, all you to it’s lag. Servers every time take longer and longer to load, they don’t innovate the game. People are kind of toxic and it doesn’t matter if you have an internet plan o 100mgbs or 1,000mgbs you’ll still lag. I have a plan of a 1,000mgbs and still lag. It doesn’t make any sense, I deleted it for good.

Rocket league is usually a fun game, but not anymore. They NEED NEED NEED NEED to add an update where you don’t lose mm from fu**ing teammates. They didn’t just sell, I had 3 IN A ROW THAT LEFT AFTER 1-2 GOALS BEING SCORED, LIKE WHAT THE HEL IS THIS

i like the base game there is just too much smurf like i played a diamond tournament and i got 3champ opponents . what am i suppose to do against 3 champs if my team has 3 diamonds?

Super toxic community, super unfair matchmaking, smurfs, sore losers that always want to quit way too soon in the match and long wait times. Chat is so abusive and matchmaking so unfair I've considered quitting the game many times in my not very long time playing. Verbal abuse of all sorts. I've reported many many times and feel nothing has been done about it. I've reduced my play time quite a bit for my mental health. No joke. Hopefully someday something gets done to make this game better and healthier.

Terrible. I did nothing and I still got banned from social services and now I can’t use quick chat anymore and I can’t play with my friends. Psyonix fix this bro or I’m never playign this game again and I spend money all the time so ur revenue will be way lower so fix this or unban me.

I got banned from matchmaking because I left. THE WIFI CUT OUT AND I WAS BLAMED. Typical for games like this.
