I have never spoken to one Rocket Banker or Financial Assistant that is unprofessional or impersonal, because my finances are extremely personal to me. The process was easy and quick
The process was easy and quick. The only drawback is that since there is no human interaction, you can't ask questions. I attempted to call Rocket direct but the "hold time" was ridiculous so I hung up. I went ahead and closed the loan but I can't request any adjustments (like changing auto payment date) until after the loan funds, 1-3 days. Bummer.
