This is a great trustworthy website. I got my items within 10 minutes of the order and even though I missed the first verification phone call I got in touch with there 24/7 staff who were able to get me verified within 5 minutes. Then it only took 2 minutes to get in the trade and then the trade only took a minute. Very good service and very quick repsonse times well done :) I approve

Ok this is a good website but I won and I got invited and when I went to claim my 500 credits I got kick and now I can’t get back please fix this

I've been with this page for a long time and it has never given me problems, in the free circulation of boxes they always give you the credits and quickly.

Absolutely horrendous. Prices for items are heavily marked up, usually 7-8 times what they're actually worth (cobalt dracos are 16 usd here, but are actually worth around 2-3 usd), items actually bought usually don't get sent, and the rewards for their main draw, the crate simulator, expire within about 2-3 hours of winning, with no clear way to contact for help. Don't waste your time with this and just trade with other players for stuff.

Scam reward for RL crate simulator, never give them even respecting the rules

They literally give you rewards once or twice then if you win next time, they cancel it saying alt account. Just waste of time

Dogsh*t site you get banned after receiving some rewards for no reason. Don't recommend this site...

Is a good page, but in my experience, I had to talk to customer service for "breaking rules" on their pages, they alone banned me from the pages, they canceled thousands of credits for nonsense, such as having 2 accounts created on their page, It is a page that for anything, if you do not pay, they treat you like garbage basically.

I am unsatisfied and sad.
Four of my rewards have been cancelled simultaneously.
Three of my Epic and one of my PlayStation rewards have been cancelled.
Reason given to me was use of bots but honestly I played myself no bots
I only used the auto-crate opener feature provided by the site only which open the 20 draws of selected crate but using that feature had led cancellation of rewards got fairly ranked up to get them.
Customer chats t keeps telling to write a mail to Lora or contact to their Facebook guy to resolve my issue but no one is replying.
I appeal my rewards to be reviewed with proof to me because I swear I only used the feature of website only nothing else.
But still I was blamed to use bots and lost the rewards I won.
It is totally cheating which happened with me.

I ranked 1st in the crate simulator at the way until the next leaderboard began, I even have screenshots but so how they moved me to 4th place. I still haven't received my reward. Scummy people

Also this site is a shop and they sell and buy things and credits. My friend sold a lot of stuff to this dudes other day.

Just ordered my item from rocketprices I have been waiting for 2 and a half hours waiting in live chat for them hours I get disconnected and I'm back in the cue for another 2 hours it's like they don't care I've paid my money and they said delivery time from 5 to 40 mins please fix your delivery time wasted my day by wating

I've had some good experiences with rocketprices, but this wasn't one of them. I recently won a youtube giveaway that promised to deliver a mainframe item to the winners, and even though I won the forest green mainframe version, they deleted my comment on youtube and didn't deliver the item until today. I tried to contact them in every way possible (e-mail and facebook), but they just ignored me. And no, there's no way for me to know the order number, since they deleted my comment on Youtube, but i sent a new comment on Video. I don't recommend and I lost my confidence.
