Helpful Customer Service and Live Chat
Somewhat not their fault, but with Epic Games taking over Rocket League, they have implemented a verification system to trading. I can't remember my log in info for Epic Games and their customer service isn't helping me. So, I'm stuck without a way to get the items I paid for. Rocket Prices was great through their live chat. They tried to help with the log in and verification, but no success. They were very willing to refund after the lack of success on Epic Games' side. Very thankful for Rocket Prices help!
