Sent an application and fees on a property that has already been leased. When they ACCEPTED MY PAYMENT- the property had been leased. Paul Singh, the realtor, told us that this money is non-refundable. So I paid them $130 for doing literally nothing. Any reputable company would have immediately refunded our money. Zero integrity.
