As everyone else mention:
Its a standard mail sending out to every new webshop, using same terminologi etc…
Use those couple of pounds for a great gift for your mom instead of throwing them at these scammers

If I could rate Zero stars I would. We are a new business and all the comments others have made on this site about Design Slic are accurate. We received a very unprofessional contact through our booking page and they used the same terminology with us. Like other companies out there, they are using search engines to find new websites and then try and sell their own services. However, their contact methods and approach wouldn't give me any confidence even if I wanted to use them to enhance our site. Said they were in the US, but are in the UK and didn't leave a phone number but put their email address again in the phone number field. Stay away from them !!!

STAY AWAY, THEY R SCAMMERS

This unprofessional person named Olivia. Kept Spamming into my website for days with some random stuff, just to sell the junk they offer. If you see designslic just block, it is a scam. the name gives it away.

They are fake. Don't waste your time and money.

Extremely unprofessional.
They said my shop had sinful colour combinations (black and blue?) and design mistakes.
It wouldn’t be optimized to my audience‘s interests yet in the next e-Mail they say they have to do their research on my audience AND products!
Wth honestly…
Talking about copywriting and then being unprofessional about it themselves.
They make it look like you did everything horrible when you didn’t.
