Excellent price for a Luton van which was clean & drove ok.

I contacted Rocketvan with very short notice. They fitted me in and were friendly and professional They both moved my boxes and stored them. They were friendly, professional, super fast and excellent in every way. A real joy to hire and work with.

Couldn't be happier with the service from the Rocketvan team. The initial assessment was thorough. There was no deposit up front which was helpful given the unpredictable nature of moving. We had a full packing and removal service as I've just had a baby. They arrived dead on time (both days) and worked really efficiently. Everything was packed so neatly and carefully, they made sure we could still move around the flat. It was a
particularly difficult move for us, on the night before loading and moving we were in a&e with my baby all evening. The removal staff the day after were so considerate and kind. I'd recommend you to anyone I know moving.

Had the wrong van to start off with but Customer service sort this out straight away. Couldn't have been more helpfully. Lovely Friendly Staff. Collected the Van from my house which save me having morning off work
Van was exactly what I needed. Wouldn't go anywhere else now to hire a Van.

After being let down by two larger van hire companies, I came across Rocket Van hire and i must say that they were so helpful. From the first contact they were nothing short of lifesavers! The price of the van hire was better than I had been quoted from other providers and the service was so much better than I had experienced from much larger organisations. Rocketvan took care of our South London office move and coped with our slightly shambolic last minute requests for disposal, weird parking arrangements, lack of lifts and multi-point drop offs with absolutely no dramas. A breeze to organise, and the team on the day were polite, fun, unflappable and MAN did they work hard! Would unreservedly recommend and will use again - a one stop shop for all van-related needs.

In short, Rocketvan delivered a sterling but expensive service. These are skilled and reliable specialists with the additional bonus of being both courteous and exceedingly helpful. I can't give them the full five stars because I felt harassed for payment directly after a traumatic move, and this soured my experience. But if you hire this team you will get attentive and high-quality service.

We hired the Rocketvan team to assist us with a complex move, despite the quote being more than three times higher than the second most expensive of the three quotes we secured for the move. The comprehensive and professional online booking process and the truly excellent communication by the team before the job went ahead, secured the job for this firm, as well as the fact that they supply packaging which was of a high quality (this was a useful and fuss-free addition to the service which I was so grateful for). Our final fee was one third less than originally quoted, as there were variables that Rocketvan factored into our quote so that we could plan for the worst-case-scenario price. They did not take a deposit from us before the move.

The Rocketvan removal guys were courteous, respectful and highly skilled. We had the benefit of two teams on different days, and both did a sterling job.

The team members went above and beyond by helping us when we weren't 100% there with the packing (we didn't ask for their help: they just volunteered when they saw us struggling.) This was kind and totally unexpected move that saved us time and money. If they hadn't helped us then they would have received more money at the end of the job because additional hours would have been added to our bill. I will forever be grateful for their kindness.

When the job was complete, we received the final bill on the day after. As payment is expected directly upon completion, the office representative made several calls and emails to chase this payment, which I felt was excessive. I felt hurried and like I couldn't take the time I wanted to closely look at any detail within the supplied bill. I felt offended by this behaviour which to me suggested a lack of trust though I hadn't given them reason to mistrust me. I also felt that this chasing was in direct contrast to the pleasant nature of all previous interactions with the team, and I felt stressed by it at an already highly stressful time. To be clear, the total sum was in RocketVan's account in exactly one calendar week (five working days) from the final bill having been issued. Half of the total sum was sent to them within three working days of the bill having been issued.

As I said at the start of this review, RocketVan delivers a highly skilled and reliable service that I can recommend on that basis. Just beware of the instant payment terms.

Rocket moved us from the West Coast to the East Coast in February 2022. We enjoyed working with Amanda and our packer and driver Ben was easy to work with and kept us informed on his progress during the move. He traveled 2300 miles in 7 days! Not bad!

I just shipped several large pieces of artwork in a difficult request to move them from London UK to a very rural section of Canada. Jim in the Art department did an incredible job of organising everything, from the construction of an enormous and custom art crate built to the highest standard, to the arrangement of movers from my London flat, to the in-warehouse preparation of each piece skill-fully and carefully prepared for international transport. The art flight on DHS took an unexpected route through the US, which surprised me, and caused a delay of about 1 week, but in the end I got the crate got back to Canada with everything in perfect shape. I am so happy with the service provided by Jim and would highly recommend this company to move your art internationally.

We’d used them (almost) 12 years ago to move house and had a good experience. Still just as good, turned up promptly and very helpful in disassembling furniture and wrapping up fragile items.
Unlike other removal companies we had spoken to, they weren’t pushy and were friendly on the phone. The team of 4 who turned up on the day were very hard working and friendly.
Would highly recommend!

We had a really good experience. The movers were very punctual, very knowledgeable and incredibly helpful.

Pricing is super transparent and they even did extra work for us as a sideboard was delivered by a furniture company which the company said is too heavy for 2 people to carry up 3 flights of stairs. The delivery company said they are unable to carry the furniture for us, but the RocketVan team managed to do it with just 2 of their team members. It cost additional amount based on the extra time spent, but they were very upfront and clear about it. Their art moving and installation service is also very good and very reasonably priced.

Would definitely use their services again in the future!

I like everything about this company. From the very start I found the pricing transparent and reasonable and every email, phone call or person I met was a positive experience.
We used Rocketvan to clear our loft while we had a loft conversion, pack up our bits and keep in storage for a year (from our optimistic 3 month plan). Julian and his team clearly pride themselves on their service and the removal team were super friendly, polite and professional. Easy and well deserved recommendation.

Great service at a great price. They delivered a heavy sofa and coffee table as well as 2 armchairs in a professional manner. They seemed to care about what they do and we will use them again and recommend them.

Just wanted to write and say we used Rocket Van as a recommendation from my partner who used them 5 years ago and suggested again.

Julian, our first point of call, was diligent and there was a continual line of communication open to keep us in the loop.

He went above our expectations when there was a slight delay with the 3rd man as there was a delay with a previous job, but more than compensated us without us feeling let down.

The team headed up by Jo was efficient and respectful of our furniture and particularly with 2 heavy items that they moved without fault.

Your team arrived at the storage facility and unloaded in a timely manner and the job was signed off.

I have no complaints and I wish companies were as efficient as you as the ones I have used in the past. Ill give you a ring to move us back in to the flat once the works have been completed.

Excellent serice. Diligent staff.
I've moved house far too many times over the years and typically use a man + van service from gumtree.
Rocketvan may be a little more expensive, but are worth every penny.
The care and attention during the move, while still moving quickly was impressive and I would have no hesitation in using the company again.
