The experience I had with Jack and Rock innovate has been nothing short of first class. At a time when other estate agents had asked me to drop the price of my property to generate further interest. Jack was very confident and reassuring that the valuation and asking rental is right and to leave it up to him to market the property effectively to generate further interest, and it did resulting in it being rented out within a few weeks. He has provided a very professional service , always working around and accommodating your unique requirements. I am extremely satisfied with my experience with Jack and Rock Innovate and would definitely recommend him to my friends and family.

The service I received from Rock Innovate can only be described as traveling with Emirates - First Class. The professional standard provided is on another level and second to none! I was introduced to Jack after a bad experience with a previous Agency which left me feeling very vulnerable and anxious. From the get go I was made to feel reassured and I knew my overall security was at the forefront of every decision made along the way. Within weeks I had people showing an interest in my home and thanks to the rigid selection process - they were all legitimate potential clients - not time wasters!! I genuinely can't thank Jack and Ant enough for always being on the end of the phone and returning my calls, keeping me updated every step of the way - but most of all for restoring my trust and confidence. What can I say ...... They Rock :)

Antony and Jack have been amazing. I have rented out my first brought property through them. Being my first time on the rental market, I found it rather daunting, but Antony and Jack took that away from me straight away. Antony took time with me to explain everything when photographing the property and advised me well on pricing and what I need to do within terms of mortgage and insurance. After the pictures went online Jack was quickly in touch regarding a tenant. Jack found me a fantastic tenant and then both continued to support me throughout the process. I would recommend them to anyone wanting a proper service and a professional service! They are always available and always happy to help. Wouldn’t go anywhere else. Thank you both!

They provided me with the perfect property I was looking for.
