Decent product but the delivery they use is ridiculous. My item went from west midlands to stevenage (where i live), then to home counties, then to london, back to west midlands and now currently in London.

Ive ordered twice and its happened both times. Its been 16 days now.

I like the product but ill be looking for alternatives because of this. Go with jawliner gum i think.

The gum discintegrated as soon as I put it in my mouth. One chew and it crumbled and disintegrated. Would not waste my money again. No refund offered.

the actual gum was good but the flavour last no longer than 30 seconds.

Ordered July 28. Delivered Sep 14. Wouldn’t have left a review but they keep sending me emails requesting one.

We made the purchase in September and is now the end of November and we are still WSI for the order. I’m at the point that I just want my money back. Very disappointed

The new formula is great, best flavours are strawberry and mint.

They charged me but never sent anything, despite paying for 48 hour Tracked with Royal Mail. I haven't even had the email from Royal Mail to say they've received the package and that it's due to be sent.

I've also tried emailing them but they don't reply to emails and have no contact number. I'd recommend just going with a different company as there's loads that sell mastic gum for the same kind of price, but at least it'll turn up and save you the hassle of going through your bank for refund.

Ordered a 1 month supply of the mastic gum. I decided to go with natural flavoring after seeing reviews state how other flavors lose their taste quickly. This was a HUGE mistake. The taste from the "natural" flavoring is so disgusting that I can't keep it in my mouth longer than 5 seconds. I wish I was overexaggerating, but unfortunately I'm not, and it looks like I've wasted my money because the gum is just sitting there.

The only reason I gave it 2 stars is because I also ordered the tuff gum, which also loses its flavor pretty quickly, however it doesn't have any terrible taste.

Your Jawline Chewing Gum is way too soft. After 2 minutes its almost as soft as normal chewing gum.
I also bought JAWLINER Fitness Chewing Gum, the taste also not long-lasting but the hardness is insane!

First time I’d delt with Rockjaw, purchased a singular tin and in my not-so-humble opinion, that felt a little anemic. I’d ended up purchasing the 3 pack afterwards - that obliterated my quantity/price and longevity problems.

Now I’m hooked.

p.s. I’ve noticed that some people may have a misconception over what real mastic gum is.

You do not want the gum to absorb added flavours (if it did you know you've been played). Even after overpaying for some of the products out there - it was still a gamble whether you’d be receiving a “liability” or an “asset”.

Yes it is expensive and yes shipping’s a *tad* slower than usual times we’re accustomed to, but In-spite of all that I’ve been a returning customer ever-since.

I’m glad I took a risk with Rockjaw, cuz I’ve scoured the entire trying to find quality mastic… to no avail.

Fun fact: real mastic gum aids in digestion, contains anti-microbial/anti-bacterial properties that decrease “bad gut bacteria” and heavily reduce gingivitis-causing bacteria.

I grew up chewing mastic (myself being Syrian) and we call it “mastakeh” which translates to just “gum” lol.

Thank you Rockjaw for the diligence - one more thing to note is that in my personal experience, customer service seemed outstanding… but yet again thats my personal and experience.. so take it with a grain of salt.

After choosing 48 hour tracked delivery, I havent recieved a shipped email or any tracking number for the parcel.Its been over 48 hours and nothing.The support also seems non existent, not even responding to my messages

Shipping is odd, they take significant time to actually send the product (I got mine 1 month after ordering)

Also, they don't give you a tracking number, so avoid any nasty suprises by contacting your post office

Apart from that, the gum works and is good quality, so props to the product.

Now if only the mailing service was more user-friendly...

Ordered a months supply to try as I’ve used non flavoured gum before and the taste is sometimes bland after a while. I was surprised by the taste of the apple which was nice but it felt like a coating on the gum and after a few chews seemed to disappear unfortunately. Could be my experience but I often had to use two pieces to chew due to the size of the months supply as chewing one for the first few times didn’t seem to be working for me personally so would be quite expensive. I wanted to like this gum but for the price and what you get in the months supply for me personally I’ll have to stick with the unflavoured cheaper options, couldn’t see much of a difference on quality either.

Really tuff gum, good results

The taste of strawberry is very artificial unfortunaly, and the gum is so soft I swallow it. This was a disappointment.

The pieces are great!

They softened after a few seconds. I received 34 crystals, like the natural flavour & love the durability.

Only 4 stars, because the sealing leaves crumbs on the edges. So I put them in a different container.
