Bought some T5 ultra connect wireless earbuds and as usual, the service and quality of the product is outstanding. These are the 3rd pair I've had from Rock Jaw and I'll keep buying from them.

These make my day at work.

I now look forward to working in the office with these beauties on.

I pre-ordered the T5 Ultras in 2018, back when they were announced as a wireless version of the Alfa Genus 2s (which I've been using for years). I must admit, when they announced that they were becoming a completely different line I was a bit sceptical. My fears were ill-founded as the T5s are fantastic.

I'm still using an old iPhone SE when I'm out and about, and the T5s paired quickly and with no issues. I must admit I never really got on with Bluetooth earphones before now, but I've had zero issues with the T5s and they sound marvellous. I left my phone in another room while using them and forgot it wasn't in my pocket until I reached for my phone. Zero drop-outs so far, and I'm very happy with the performance.

The tuning filters sound noticeably different from my old AG2s - I tended to use the silver filters with the AG2s for the most part (I like bass, but they weren't too heavy on the lows while still preserving the highs), but I'm using the gold filters for the most part with the T5s. They're a touch lighter on the lows, but very satisfying. The silver (bass) filters seem to have more of a high roll-off and bass-boost than the silver AG2 filters, but the gold filter strikes a lovely balance. Of couse, you can swap them out and see what works best for you.

I haven't really touched upon the earbuds, but the Comply earbuds are fantastic - I feel they work best if you take a second to pinch them and let them expand beforehand, but the sound isolation is top notch and, hey, if you're in more of a hurry then the regular earbuds are provided.

I'm really impressed with the T5s and they've finally got me on board with using BT earphones for out-and-about listening. Well worth a punt if you're after portability while retaining decent audio quality.

Prices are excellent, especially for the outstanding quality products and superb Audio performances of each earphone/IEM I’ve owned from Rock Jaw. Customer interactions have been great any time I have had to contact them, with all queries dealt with professionally and with upmost care. They state they are a family business with a love for great sounding audio and getting it to the masses for reasonable prices. They succeed in both sound quality and pricing.

The products are good but the delivery dates can slip. I did the pre-order for the T5 and despatch has constantly been delayed.

I bought a set of Rock Jaw Clarito in ear headphones before Christmas and I think they are a great product at a great price. I had a problem about a month ago where one of the earphones came loose from it's housing. I contacted Rock Jaw Audio and explained what happened. They were very helpful and all I had to do was send proof of purchase and a picture of the earphones. Within days a replacement set was sent to me. I couldn't fault Rock Jaw Audio, customer service = 1st Class.

I was a bit worried about the reviews complaining about cable noise which 'yes' there is some but it's not that noticeable. I have tried the various filters and have stuck with the Base. Most external noise is blocked out giving a good clear sound. I would definitely recommend them. I had never heard of rock jaw and bought these of the back of other reviews.

Ordered Hydra v2 earphones, but were mistakenly sent the the Alfa Genus earphones (which are of a higher quality and build). Offered to return the product but was pleasantly surprised when I was told to keep them despite the mistake. Would have gladly paid the full price for the Alfa Genus as these are a pair of superb earphones for the price.

Delivery of products are free and expedited for next day delivery if placed before 4pm which is a bonus. Highly recommend their products, shipping and great customer service, especially if you are looking for best value for money and quality.

First experience of the Alfa Genus v2 is good, and I'm sure they will only improve with burn in time, love the fact that they are British engineered and they seem really high quality!

However if you're going to offer free next day delivery when the order is placed before 4 then you should make sure you stick to it, ordered them Thursday and they arrived Monday... But that's my only fault, great company and a great product!

The process of buying the headphones was totally smooth., no problem with the service at all.
Despite trying every different earpiece provided I can't get them to stay comfortably in my ears, The wire is too thick/ heavy and it pulls them out way too easily. I bought the headphones with microphone, this is the first pair I've had that doesn't include volume control alongside the microphone which is a shame, it's missed.

I cannot explain how impressed I am with the delivery time. As well as the delivery time, everything was really well packaged. A huge bag that was wrapped around a jiffy bag, which then had the products box with the item inside. I even had to sign for these earphones which I've never had to do for something shipped for free.

I'm not a huge audiophile and I haven't spent more than £50 on a pair of in-ears but, hands down, the best 'phones I've owned. The sound surpasses anything I've tried and for the price, they are pretty much unbeatable.

Very good budget headphones. Sound quality much better than other similarly priced models - anything better will cost three times the price :)

The guys are great at rockjaw. However, I bought the headphones to work with my iphone 6 and unfortunately during use it used to skip/pause every other second so pretty frustrating to say the least. In the end, the guys acknowledged the issue and were aware of it and kindly sent some "spacers" which are basically small elastic rubber rings to attach on the metal bit which goes into the phone (not sure on technical term); this takes it too far the other way and the lead pops out all the time unless you have a nice balance in your coat pocket. Sounds great when it works but falls out of your ears all the time. TBH i dont even bother using them anymore pretty annoying after spending £50 on them. Nice guys and company but not great product.

It was disappointing to find the product I bought was faulty, however when trying to rectify the situation the service was impeccable and made incredibly easy.

Recently bought a pair of Alpha Genus V2 direct from Rock Jaw to use on my commute to work. I was actually very happy with my Soundmagic E10's, so it was more of a comparison than anything to compare a Brit developed product against the competition.
They were quickly dispatched to me the next working day as promised.
They come with three filters to alter the sound according to taste/ style of music you are listening to and after a bit of experimentation my default ones are the sliver ones which are bass biased - but its all a matter of taste, you can change them in seconds.
Very impressed. More detail to the sound very noticeable, louder by default & excellent sound isolation (I use the foam tips, although you get a variety to choose from supplied with the phones).

These headphones are the best in ear headphones I've had . The choice of ear buds is great and very comfy . The filters are great too I prefer the neutral filters as the treble and bass are well balanced and you can listen to music for longer without any pain in the ear as I've had in the past with other makes

Got these my 14 yr old son for use with his Xperia M4 phone whilst out/at school. All he knew before was Sennheiser or the Beats that all his friends have. He loves them!! He finds the selection of buds very useful and loves playing with the filters. Says he can hear things he has previously missed. Good stuff!
