Rockas is very charming initially and we trusted him. Unfortunately, the workmanship is very poor quality and took months longer than agreed due to no-one being on site. He then began demanding more money than our agreed payment schedule. He became threatening and very aggressive, and walked off the job when we refused to keep paying for incomplete work, leaving us with half finished substandard work. We then found out that although we had paid him upfront for our patio doors, he never paid the door company (North London Windows) meaning we were left without warranties. Contact the company if you want to verify this. We have also since discovered that he dissolved a previous company due to unpaid debts. Do not make the same mistake as us and believe the positive reviews, which I imagine are bogus.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Rocko Construction on a home renovation project. From start to finish, the team's professionalism and attention to detail were outstanding. The results exceeded my expectations, and I highly recommend Rocko Construction for any construction or renovation needs.

I used Rocko Construction for one of my developments projects in 2020. I have to say the work done was outstanding, structural work, split of huge flat into 2 x 2 bedroom apartments with ensuites, new windows, floors, doors, electrics and plumbing, plus new roof.

Work started and was completed in the midst of the lockdown. The team are exemplary and always turn up, which is a major feat in itself.

I have been in property for the last 20 years and this is the best I have used.

Will be using him for further development projects and looking after the maintenance on my rental portfolio.

Everyone I have recommended him have been impressed.

We hired Rocko and his team to come and give our rental property an overhall after our tenants left it dirty and certain things broken. It is hard to find good, honest tradespeople. But Rocko was both those things. He provided us daily updates of how work was progressing and also spotted problems we hadn't - which he then also fixed without fuss. We thoroughly recommend his company and will be using him again in the future.

Rocko Construction did amazing job on my new loft. Due to Covid my husband wanted to convert the loft into a workspace for his business. Rokas was nothing but professional, courteous, and ultimately they did an amazing job. We loved that they had their own design team who were able to design us a bespoke work environment in our loft. I'm very happy to give them a recommendation because they did such an incredible job for us on our beautiful loft conversion. The quote was one of the cheapest (which is surprising because they do such great quality work) I have to say we are very, very happy. They were on call for us literally 7 days a week. Whenever I called Rokas – he was always there for us to answer any questions. We are very grateful to have found Roko Construction and we highly recommend them.

Rocko have just done our new Open Plan Kitchen extension. It's beautiful. We are so pleased. We are super happy wth the end result. Both he (Rokas) and Karolina were bothvery friendly and very attentive. Nothing was a problem. We were even taken out on design shopping trips to see the options for open plan Kitchen spaces and the hi tech features and options etc. Karolina held our hand and every step of the design phase. She is very talented. Then Rokas and his building team installed everything very quickly. You can see our job on their website.

Note: I have read the negative review below and I have to say - that was not our experience at all. I amazed. Rokas was nothing but awesome, professional and amazing. I think something else is going on here? Mmmmm. We also had work done by Novi over 12 years ago - again the experience was nohting but positive.

Rocko construction did our Rental property full House Extension & new Kitchen and bathroom early last year. We are very are very happy. Tenants said their was a minimum of delays. I have utilised their services twice now. So when he asked for a review I said "Yes" immediately. Shame to see the bad review here. Please ignore it. Sounds like a whacko. Rokas and Rocko Construction are the complete opposite. I own my own business and Fact:- We found the whole building experience to be perfect I wouldn't change a thing. I can not fault them. From the moment we began it was such enjoyable process . The Quotation was very specific. The designer Karoline was so friendly and had lots of great ideas. They are the best. . I am extremely satisfied and pleased with my new extended property & open plan Kitchen.

Rokas and his team are amazing. If you are considering a professional Team. they're a great choice.

I had a Full dormer Loft conversion built by Rocko last year. I found them to be absolutely amazing, I highly recommend them. I loved the detailed quote and his step by step phased approach. I am surprised by the negative comment below. For me, Rokas was very attentive and everything ran like clock work. It was a very smooth process from start to end. I was amazed by just how professional and straight forward such a huge project ran. His team is a credit to him. Our faux "Japanese garden" in the upstairs ensuite is an incredible feature. Rokas himself spend a day channeling into the Walnut floor. I love the white pebbles. Everyone comments. We're very proud. The vision was realised. I am writing this review simply because it upsets me that after such a wonderful experience with our own Loft conversion, when he rung to ask to me for a Review - due to a bad one. I was amazed. I am so happy with our new family Loft space and I am happy for anyone to come and view our conversion, or to call me for a Testimonial. We love Rokas and the whole team at Rocko Construction. BAD WORKMANSHIP. UNTRUSTWORTHY.
Rocko Construction, renamed Novi Construction (phoenix company), Set up to avoid paying creditors, owe HMRC huge tax bill and Govt loan.
Bad workmanship, had to rebuild the extension floor as too much movement; used wrong materials. Won legal case. Won CCJ. They ignored summons, legal letters etc. Gone into liquidation now and insolvency to avoid appearing in court and to avoid paying debts. Some of the reviews are suppliers?

Be very aware.  Rocko Comstruction and Novi construction same owner see below.

ROCKAS MILKONAS told us he has set up and owns ROCKO CONSTRUCTION LTD. According to Companies House, the registered office his home address and the sole director and owner is someone called GINTARE MILKONIENE why would he not also be a director if it is his company is this to avoid liability I wonder? 

We previously used his services when he ran his previous company NOVI CONSTRUCTION LTD that he owned with his brother Vincent who has since moved back to Lithuania. We understand Novi Construction was being shut down with a trail of bad reviews and debts and a long list of extremely unhappy and out of pocket customers due to dangerous shoddy and unfinished workmanship.  Certainly there was a move by Companies House to have the company struck off although this has not happened yet.  Despite him saying that he has nothing to do with Novi Construction he is still listed as a director at Companies House and I believe there are court proceedings currently underway against this company.   A large extension they did for us in 2018 has still not been signed off by building control as there are outstanding issues many of which we have had to pay a great deal of money to put right. Despite chasing the directors of Novi we were met with absolute silence which seems to be the modus operandi of ROCKAS MILKONAS when things are not going smoothly as he wishes.
This time, to our regret, we were taken in by his smooth talking about this brand-new company and the fact that he has employed all new staff.  We wanted to trust him and give him another chance a choice we bitterly regret.  There seems to be a couple of glowing reviews about him one of which is by Karolina (Karo and Co) who he introduced to us as his assistant who would be doing the plans!  
He accompanied her and was teaching her what to measure and how to measure it took approximately six hours trying to measure and re-measure the outside and downstairs of our house which was painful to watch and listen to.  We were taken for fools and paid £1500 cash for the plans - Initially we were given A4 diagrams of the outside views of our house and garden and had to repeatedly ask for proper plans with the measurements which after many excuses and postponements he finally delivered on a Saturday morning (see below for his strict working hours!). The final plans consist nothing more of a drawing of the outside of our house and the side view etc cetera with the measurements of the walls are no internal measurements no position of joists and no stipulation on what building materials will be used. Again, initially there were errors and we had to keep going back as things had been left out or incorrectly labelled.
Rockas said he would submit it to the council as a permitted development application but ended up doing it as a full planning application husband had to then spend two hours going back and forth with him trying to explain exactly which application he needed to submit and why I think in the end we did it ourselves that was when the first alarm bells started to ring.  There is definitely a language barrier as well. We finally got a contract out of him but with an unbelievable number of mistakes contradictions and inaccuracies and the price kept changing and my husband had to go through it and send back each time for it to be corrected.  After he received the cash for the plans things went very quiet despite him saying he would be chasing things and phoning us to update us et cetera he never did anything when he said he would.  After repeatedly asking him for an update we got an email to say that his working hours were strictly 8 to 5 Monday to Friday and 3 days and 3 days to reply to emails.
He does not like to be questioned or pushed for a response however urgent the query and was extremely secretive about the way things would be proceeding - he informed us that he employed his own teams to dig the foundations then a separate team to do the bricklaying and a separate team to do the roofing very hard to get an answer out of him as to whether he directly employs them and he knows them personally or whether they would just be subcontracted for the job. I received a text at 10.00pm asking me if I could remember the name of the bricks used on our house and confirming which roof tiles he thought they were (which was incorrect). He was due to come round today Friday, 30 October 2020 at 8 am to drop off some initial Equipment and take final measurements for start on Monday morning 2 November. I received a message at 7 am this morning to say that he Changed his mind and would not be doing our building works after all. We have checked with companies house and as of today’s date Friday 30th October he is still listed as a Director of Novi Construction despite saying he has nothing to do with it.

I feel fortunate enough to have come across Rokas and experienced their services myself. I got my garage converted into an office and I must say, their professionalism was remarkable. They paid special attention to even the tiniest details.
I am very satisfied with their work and highly recommend others to try them out as well.

The team has been very helpful, providing practical advise, accurate measurements & prompt quotations for our clients.
Always fantastic support through the building process that can be very challenging and stressful! Great organisation skills when it comes to urgent orders and deliveries. Reliable and efficient, with a very good workmanship and great experience level in solving problems!

Both Rokas and Darius JANUSAUSKAS are directors of Novi Construction. Rocko set up new company. Rocko construction is set up by Rokas' partner (same home address, phone number, lifted photo from Novi website...). Rokas has not listed himself as a director as he knows he would be struck off.
I had to reconstruct the floor in my kitchen, major work, because of bad workmanship. Despite Sherriff Office visits to them, writ of control. solicitor letters etc. they ignored everything. Wow, most people would response to legal matters. Not Rockas or Darius. Latest, just before attending court on 7 Feb they have taken company into liquidation so frozen assets. Didn't want to come to court to be questioned as they would be asked about contracts and what they owe.

Careful reading good reviews as some are from material suppliers so in their interest to write good reviews
