Very understanding of issue with returning my item for an exchange (got lost in post on way back) and still sent through a different sizing of this. Would 100% use again and recommend to others.
I did not receive the correct item. I also got no email updates to say whether my parcel had been dispatched or arrived. I won’t be purchasing from here again and i wouldn’t recommend.

Rococo Jewellery Wokingham -excellent service
Rococo Jewellery in Wokingham is a nice, clean little jewellery store with a good selection of jewellery. I gave them my silver bracelet for resizing. When I first visited the store, Juliette and Ann took careful measurements and provided great, friendly service. The team also did an excellent job at a very reasonable price compared to many other jewellers in Reading. The turnaround time was quick and the workmanship is top quality. Overall, I'm a very happy customer and would highly recommend Rococo Jewellery.

it was an awful experience. my order not only took nearly a month to come, but they sent me silver not gold. i ask to return as its been over 14 days cuz they too so long to deliver it. and they dont reply for days. i would never order again!
