I would stay away from this company, bad service & communication, purchased engwe bike & accessories on the 9.11.25, never arrived after told it was on its way, never arrived, as it was delivered to UK I live in Cyprus how wrong can these ppl get things, no communication, my bank are now claiming monies back as they have kept my monies also, disgusting service, company needs closing down, I am in process of complaints & claiming against them. I have ordered battery for my bike. On the website it said 2-5 days. First they sent me one parcel which didn’t have battery, now I’m waiting for the second parcel and it’s from China, no one knows when it will arrive as it doesn’t have tracking. 2 weeks I’m waiting and they never answer on whatsup. Worst company I have ever ordered anything from
Overall the bike is really nice. Some of the peices are a little lower in quality than I would have hoped such as the lights and reflectors. I would also prefer if the speed wasn't governed.
