From beginning to end all the different teams were very professional, punctual and polite. We were kept well informed during the whole process. The quality of the work was first class. The house now looks amazing and retains heat meaning no need for the heating to be on as much as before so less money on heating bills. A huge 5 star thankyou to the whole team.

We have had a five star positive experience with Rockwarm all around. They have done such a beautiful and professional job with the external insulation on our home. Apart from their beautiful workmanship and the way that they have transformed the look of our home, also and in our opinion more importantly the way our house now holds either the heat from the heating system or the cool overnight temperature. Making our whole home a much warmer habitat on colder days and a cooler one on warmer days. Also all of their staff have been nothing but perfect. We are very grateful to Rockwarm. Really appreciative of the staff at Rockwarm. I was in a pickle, trying to find the right insulation for a wall cavity. I was struggling to find anyone to do the job. Luckily, a builder suggested Rockwarm, and they were willing to do the job despite it being probably smaller than most of their work! The staff in the office were very quick to reply to emails throughout, from initial query to final payment. The staff who came to fill the cavity were friendly and professional, and cracked on with the job right away. Thank you so much, Rockwarm. I really appreciate that you did this job, and managed to squeeze us in a bit earlier whilst you were in the area. We were on a time limit, and the whole problem was stressing me out until we found you. Thank you!

The team were thorough and efficient and left the site neat and tidy having done a good job, in not the nicest of conditions.

7 months down the line and now seeing the great benefits! Before we had the install we found some of the areas of the house were moldy, but no more even with the bad weather recently. We have also found it a lot warm and bills are significantly lower.

The installers are lovely and did a great job. We are so happy with the end result. Thank you!

Rockwarm professional/punctual
From the enquiry/quote/various trades i.e. plumbers/electrician/the application process they were all polite/professional/punctual/tidy. Kept myself informed along the way. I would highly recommend. The best bit, 12 months on my house looks great but is warm. Using little heating and stays warm for longer. I found that in the summer the house was cooler too which was bliss :)

Rockwarm has given excellent customer service from an experienced estimator right through to the final post-works site survey.
They provided a detailed programme of works, which they kept to, and their operatives were very careful and tidy during the construction process.
The finished product is clean, smart, and in our opinion, makes the house very presentable.
There was very little disruption to our use of the house during the works, and the current incumbent reports that it is noticeably more comfortable inside.

The communication from Rockwarm was excellent. If they said someone was going to be there, they were. All of the crews where polite and professional and very tidy. The work was on time and excellent. I would recommend this company very highly.

We recently engaged Rockwarm to carry out external insulation on our property and are extremely pleased with both the standard of work and the overall service provided. The project was well organised, completed within the agreed timeframe, and the quality of the finish has noticeably improved the comfort of our home.

A very professional family run business. All of their staff, office, sales staff and fitters cannot be more helpful and careful. They fitted an upgrade to the cladding on our village hall and were a delight to deal with.

Brilliant company who guarantee a personalised service. So helpful. Every detail explained. The only firm I have ever encountered who do snagging visits at the end to ensure that the finish is superb and that the customer is completely satisfied. I cannot recommend them more highly.
