Their Technical Support (sic) Team
Their technical support (sic) team has gone down the hill completely with zero support and help.
EVERYTHING (even the most ridiculous things none fire-related) needs to be in writing by email (which they take ages to reply to) and with a heavy amount of information upfront that you don't necessarily have in the early stages of the project.
All this is leaving aside the projects where "they just cannot offer any support" when clearly they can, but that due to company policy they don't.
I would avoid it where possible and advise their competitors to take this market as it is a ripe fruit for Rockwool to fall soon.
