scam.. don’t trust

I deposited using my own verified Skrill wallet through Apple Pay, played normally, and won. When I requested a withdrawal, I was asked to complete verification — which I did. I submitted everything they requested (ID, selfie verification, and proof of address). These were all approved, and support confirmed that my account was fully verified and “cleared for withdrawal.”

However, once the withdrawal was actually initiated, the situation changed entirely. The withdrawal was cancelled without a clear explanation. Then I was told I needed to submit Proof of Funds (bank/Skrill transaction history). I provided these documents as well. Shortly afterward, the entire “Proof of Funds” section disappeared from my verification page, even though support stated that the documents were “forwarded internally.” I was told the withdrawal would be manually approved, but it was rejected again — still without any valid reason.

On 31 October, Rockyspin requested additional verification to prove that the Skrill card used for the deposit is indeed present in my Apple Wallet. I immediately provided:

There is no reasonable justification for withholding the funds, and no meaningful communication has been provided.

If you value transparency and actual fair withdrawals, I strongly recommend avoiding this casino. There are platforms that operate responsibly — based on my experience, Rockyspin is not one of them.
