DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS SITE!

My items came damaged and the company after 3 weeks of talking with someone will not issue me a refund. Horrible customer service and takes a long time to receive items in the mail and correspondence from staff.

Absolute horrible experience. I ordered 5 (L/XL) items, and it looks like the clothing is made for an XXS person. TERRIBLE! And I read you have to make returns to China .Lesson learned, I do not even know anyone that could wear this clothing as it is CHEAPLY made, and just ridiculously small!

Do Not Order from them they are in China and I ordered size large which was more like a small-medium. The sizing is all off and made for small Asians. And quality sucks so bad totally horrible and boxy. I want to return and was told I have to return to China. I also noticed their Facebook page was just started in December 2020. Look out!

I agree with every review written. It took two months to get my dress, it was poorly made, and the wrong color. Lesson learned to always read the reviews before ordering from an online store again. Rocojoy, there is no joy in your product, and you should be Fired!

Scam do not buy. They are of horrible quality and from China, if you don't like it or it doesn't fit you have to return to China. Don't waste your money.

After waiting for close to 2 months, the dresses finally arrived. The quality of these dresses are horrible. These dresses are thin and see through. Very cheap looking. Can't be worn outside of the house. If I can give a zero score I will. It's really a scam. Will not be buying anymore.. Cheap cheap cheap.

I spent $138 on five items. Terrible product! Items were very poorly made and stitched. Fabric was awful and NOT as pictured. Bad return policy. I emailed them as to how disappointed I was and they told me that they would refund me $3 US dollars and give me a 15% off coupon fur future purchase. WHAT???????

Same issues as the above. Horrible clothes. Horrible materials. Same from Florida I think but to return you have to ship back to China and pay for postage. So not worth it. Spent $150 for clothes I’ll never wear and half my order never showed up. The first part took almost a month. Do not buy from this company. The pictures online look NOTHING like the clothes that come.

These products are complete trash. They look nothing like the pictures. They have no phone number to contact for returns. I will be posting as many reviews as possible and calling the Better Business Bureau

The clothes are terrible. See through, low quality material. I could probably make my own clothes better than what I received. The dresses should be 5.00 or free base on the quality.

Took almost a month, 20 business day even with expidited shipping, and the one out of my 3 items that arrived looks nothing like the picture. Low quality, not the same color and see through. Complete rip off for $32. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!

Shipping took 3 weeks. Items are very low quality. Returns have to be sent back to China and paid by purchaser

All the bad reviews I have read are consistent with my experience. This company is a scam. I bought 3 items, received them 7 weeks later to find the quality was very poor. When I contacted customer service for a return, they insisted that I return items to China prior to issue of a refund (don’t worry, they make up for it by offering a 15% discount for “next time” LOL). They should be put out of business.

This company is a scam. Do not buy their merchandise. I purchased 4 items not knowing the company is based in China. The quality was less than ideal. I contacted the company to ask about returning. They said I could return to China at my expense. Please do not waste your time and money. Hopefully they will be forced to stop scamming people.

TOTAL scam and waste of money. The most terrible costumer service I have ever seen. DO NOT give them your money, it is absolutely ridiculous. Wish I could give 0 stars.

Just received my order.... 4 of the most worst quality made items.... polyester scarf material, static cling galore.... will never purchase from any of these sites ever again ... don’t waste your money!!!

Leaving no stars is not an option! This site is terrible! Received part of my order the other day and nothing fits right. One item is way too big and the other is way too small even though they are both mediums. Still waiting on two more things to come bit expecting neither to fit right based on what I received. Based on how long it is taking I don't want to even bother trying to return anything. Spent over $100 and I'm stuck with things I won't even be able to wear. I will never order from here again and I will make sure to tell everyone I know not to do so either

Don’t order from this shop. The quality of clothing is awful. Cheap, thin, scarf like polyester fabric.
And when you ask for a refund (you only have 7 days once you receive shipment) they tell you you are responsible to pay for the shipping fee. To China even though the order and the USPS shipping label originate from Los Angeles, CA. It’s a total scam! Save your money and your time. Not worth the headache.

What a joke..... First it took four days shy of a month to get to me. I live two hours from where it was shipped from. When I did get the dress it looked nothing, I mean nothing, like the picture that was advertised. A size small was four sizes to big.... It looks like a mumu. I could buy a piece of fabric and take it to a home at shop and have a nicer dress made. I will never buy from this company again or recommend it. This is a big shopper beware. If I could give them a negative number I would. Buy at your own risk....

This isn’t a scam, but it’s incredibly misleading. On their website it makes returns sound easy, that the customer pays for shipping, so no big deal, just like a lot of other companies. I later found out I have to ship back to China. Even though the return address said it was from JANE which is in my state. It would cost me over $300 to return my items. I ordered multiple swim suits to choose from, none of them fit right, so that sucks. I like a few of the items, the others are incredibly cheaply made. It’s not worth it to order from them.
