Ordered products from RODDENBERRY over a month ago and despite being told it has been shipped twice .....still no sign of it!! We have now been told to give it another month and then they will look into it. So much for Christmas. Save your money and do not order from this company. No response to emails or calls! Very disappointed! Gene would be disgusted!
After ordering several times between 2010-2014 from abroad delivered by the US Parcel Service, the only acceptable and financially logical shipping method via USPS was, right in time for Christmas, temporarily discontinued and replaced by UPS (with a US$ 190 price tag for shipping).
Replies for clarification came slow, with false promises and without bothering to find a solution, or at least signing the replies.
Lucky them, I am not a US citizen. Otherwise, I could have hold them to account for the promise of free shipping "even to Thailand"
