First time user

First time using bee venom and got it at a brilliant price, the difference in my complexion was clearly noticeable after 3 days, I no longer look grey and the fine lines and wrinkles are noticeably less.
Will continue to buy this even at full price.

Brand new sealed mascara completely dried out

Today I opened a brand new Rodial mascara - fully sealed with plastic still on etc. The whole thing has dried out inside to the point where I could barely get the wand out of the tube. I’ve had it for just over a year it was either a gift or from a beauty box. I sent photos via WhatsApp to C/S and they said they needed proof of purchase to be able to help. Looks like I’ll just have to chalk this up to experience but at least I know not to buy this brand for my myself or my beauty obsessed daughter.

We’re so sorry to hear this, it must’ve been really disappointing to open a sealed product and find it wasn’t as expected.

With beauty items, even when unopened, there is a shelf life, and after around 30 months from production, they can naturally start to dry out even if they’ve never been used.

As we’re not sure where or when the item was originally purchased, it’s sadly not something we’re able to support with, but we completely understand your frustration.

I absolutely love the Glass Skin Tint…

I absolutely love the Glass Skin Tint and the Soft Focus Glow Drops. The Glow Drops is meant to be a primer but it looks so good I use it as the last step.
I had used the Glow Drops before it was a small bottle which was in a Christmas Advent calendar and was thrilled to bits with it. This is my first time with the Glass Skin Tint and there will be no going back now as it is amazing. I am really pale and wasn't expecting a good match but was I wrong it is absolutely fabulous and I love it.

Refund/return policy

Refund/return policy. For international beauty products with no option to shade match, giving customers a fair return option to receive even a partial refund is essential. I’ve purchased from many intl beauty brands who’ve mastered an effective business model. Rodial misses the mark. I will not purchase again nor share having a positive experience. I should have checked the return policy, so that’s my oversight. As a business, I recommend they do more consumer insight into UK brands getting it right. They exist.

Best customer service I've ever had

On my first order there was a small issue. I emailed Rodial customer service and within minutes received an email back from Alex. We shared a few emails very quickly and within 10 minutes my replacement product was on it's way. Never have I experienced such friendly, cooperative and efficient service. I was so impressed I asked Alex where I could write a review and here I am.

Banana lowlighter is a wonder product

Have always been aware of Rodial but only recently realised what fantastic products are available. High end products with fabulous consistency. Loving the Collagen drops and banana lowlighter. Celeb endorsement is certainly raising awareness of Rodial and its products.

The Banana Lowlighter is perfect! It has a perfect applicator that doesn’t put too much product on the tip. You don’t need a lot because it covers so well. The guidelines for the correct shade is also spot on!

The item you received was part of a subscription set up with your previous order. This process is clearly outlined at checkout, where you manually select the delivery frequency before confirming your order. As part of this, there is a legally binding commitment to a minimum of three billing cycles in exchange for the discounted price.

Because of this, we’re unable to accept returns for subscription purchases, but you do have full control over your subscription. You can pause or cancel it anytime through your account under "Manage Subscriptions" to prevent any future orders.

Excellent customer service

Excellent customer service. Absolutely in love with Vitamin C facial soufflé. In winter is a must for normal to dry skin, gives me such glow and moisture. Very happy with my purchase.
