The item sent was a bit surprising in that it was not the 'poster' I expected, but the poster was bonded to a thick foam backing (not great for the frame I had ready) and it has big black sharpie marking on the back noting the place I assume it came from (some fundraiser?) Also, the poster had a visual small white nick/tear in the middle/lower left side of it that was not visual on the website, or in the description. Otherwise I was sent the poster I ordered and the care and packaging was beautiful.

Prompt and professional responses to all communications. Very fast shipping and secure packaging. Only issue was with the failure to apply the first purchase discount due to the fact that the purchase price was negotiated. The discount offer did not indicate such. All in all, a very good purchasing experience and a wonderful piece of art has a new home.
