Very poor vehicle preparation
Disappointing. Purchased a second hand Jaguar F-type from them. Bought remotely without viewing as we were a long way from them but trusted as a Jaguar dealer they would be reliable and genuine.
Car turned up on time but communication was very poor from them. They advertised that the vehicle had 165 checks and came was a full Jaguar certified used vehicle... well all I can say is they blind folded whoever checked the car! They didn't even find the rubbish in the glove box!
We are still getting the car put right as it has paintwork issues, washers are leaking, front tyre worn on one edge, subscription to services about expired. To balance this, they have paid for the paintwork correction after we reported it but generally they didn't want to know after we paid the money.
This is our second ftype from a Jaguar dealer and fourth JLR vehicle purchased from a main dealer. Main dealers in general for JLR are not great but RogerYoung were one of the worst and just rushed this vehicle through preparation... probably because we purchased remotely.
I am now having to book the vehicle into my local garage for a proper check and get the issues sorted out. Think twice before using them and define view the vehicle before purchase.
