I was a bit hesitant because of the mixed reviews but I'm glad I gave them a chance. The boots are beautiful, so comfortable, and so far seem to be good quality. I ordered the wrong size so contacted them and within a few hours they'd edited my orders for me. Never had any issues reaching them either. The boots did smell odd at first but I just left them for a bit in a well ventilated room and now they smell fine. Would definitely recommend.

I fell for the offer on Instagram, buy one get two pair of shoes/boots and bought two pairs of each.
First problem was I thought I was ordering from Europe so I didn't expect they were shipped from HongKong.
At arrival the smell of chemicals from the boots was horribile.
Next they don't look quite as they did on the website, where they were pretty cool.
Third they don't fit my foot well, they look more shabby than chic and the comfy shoe with the lunar meadow drawing is slightly ugly and the other pair (same model and size) is slightly smaller than the other pair, so inconsistency on sizes.

So now I made a request for return, but they won't communicate how to send the items back and get my refund, but I gave two stars in benefit of doubt, maybe they will send it to me soon... Let's hope so...

Bought in to their BOGO footwear sale and I’m so happy with my purchase! The print on each pair of boots looks nice (I got the Aurora and Wolf Study ones) and the boots are SO COMFY. I have a bunion on one foot; a milder one but finding shoes that don’t aggravate it is hard and these don’t bother it at all. These are special occasion shoes for me so I figure they’ll last me at least a few good years.

Sized way too big even though I choose a halfsize that never fails me. The print of my Lunar Tide boots is crooked and blurry. Arrived from china, smelling so strongly of chemicals I don't dare to put them on my feet for an extended period of time, not even have them in my appartment in case it would harm my cat.

I'm very pleased with the customer service I received from this company.

Firstly the boots I ordered are absolutely stunning and really good quality! I accidentally ordered the wrong size and I requested a return. I had a quick response and they were more than happy to replace them with the correct size for me. On this occasion I preferred a refund and they were more than happy to process this for me as well as allowing me to keep the shoes I had ordered to gift to someone else in need which I'm grateful and the company went above and beyond for me.

Thank you very much to their team, I'm glad I get the chance to pay their kindness forward. I will definitely be ordering from them in the future :)

Ship from China

I'm very suprised by the "Quick delivery" and "two week delivery" claims, since I now (after two weeks) see that my shoes are being delivered from China. They're still in transit from there. I won't speak about the quality just yet, because not everything that is manufactured there has to be trash of course, but it does not allign with the sustainability and other claims made on the website. Good to know before you order!

It took a while, but so worth the waiting!
Received my order today, the still smell like the glue for the shoemaker. The are so pretty! Seems like a very high quality!
Worth the price and the wait!

I ordered 4 pairs of boots over a week ago, still haven't received notification of shipping which I feel I should have had by now. Not impressed they haven't notified me if there's any problems with my order, took my money of course! These boots were intended for presents, so unfortunately they won't be getting them on their birthday. Just to add to review, I didn't realize the boots I ordered are shipped from China! So now I'm worried the quality will be poor if they ever arrive! I'm surprised at reviews that state quick delivery. Will update review if and when I receive boots. Would never have paid what I did if I had known country of origin was China. Now I'm seriously doubting Rogue and Wolfs supposed eco values. As of today's date still awaiting delivery of boots, think this is really poor customer service, I have emailed rogue and wolf and they just suggest follow tracking. Although it looks like they're in the u.k. now it would appear they aren't moving anywhere at the moment. Will not order anything from this company again, I do think it should be made plainer that you may have to wait a very long time indeed for your order. It is now well over two weeks ago I placed my order. Have just received boots, I'm afraid I'm not impressed at all with quality, vastly overpriced, paid over 270 pounds for 4 pairs, ( buy one get one pair free) I personally think they're not worth more than 50 pounds a pair tops if that. I suspect they will not wear well. Ok for occasional use.

The website is good, the visual design selection is fun, but I bought two pairs of boots so this review is largely concerning them and nothing else.

They had a "2-for-1" sale on their boots. Assuming "2-for-1" really meant "we're convincing you to buy two boots for full price" I figured why not, and prayed the quality of the boots would be worth it.

Suffice to say, they're fine, but just fine, and only for now. The material they seem to be made from feels weaker than most regular sneakers. That, plus the extremely heavy and dense rubber outsoul leaves me to believe gravity and minor use would sooner tear the seams of the shoe, but I have only worn them once so far. The material also looks awful under the shine of a light, completelky compramising the strong appearance a pair of fo-leather boots should convey. The designs themselves are very cool and I do see my girlfriend and myself getting some use out of them.

Overall, my final thoughts are that these boots are not worth their price. $200 is full price, and the "2-for-1" specially essentially makes them $100 full price. Still not worth it in my opinion. I'd recommend nobody purchase these for anything more than $75. If you were thinking of paying more than that, i would suggest you shop from a more reputable and older brand that hand-crafts their boots and just commition an artist to paint custom art onto them. Better to go all-out on something high-quaity and personalised than settle for something overpriced and fragile.

Returned item over 2 weeks ago and still not received a refund. Had to pay over £7 to return item. Will not be purchasing from here again.

I love how they claim to be ethical, but they use AI models. Absolutely abhorrent. Will never buy anything from them on that basis alone.

my very first order from this company was cancelled unexpectedly and they accused me of fraud, but couldn't explain why. I'm a real person who just wanted to buy clothes, I was buying one shirt and one cardigan. They took my money and I got no refund.

Edit: I eventually got a refund after my bank threatened back-charging them, but still they refused to provide an explanation why they cancelled my order and accused me of fraud.

Edit 2: I see I got a reply, they did not respond immediately. I was in the dark for a significant amount of time as to why my order was cancelled and was not immediately offered a refund. This is a lie by Michael. If Rogue + Wolf offered to perform a new transaction instead of the initial vague responses, and didn't come off as accusatory towards my character I would have been happy to try ordering a second time.

I've been wearing R&W since they were brand new in 2012 and only had jewelry. I had one ring that broke, and they replaced it so quickly that even with international shipping, the ring arrived before they emailed my the tracking number. I'm not even kidding. The ring was metal, and I caught one of the antlers on something and moved my hand in such a way that, had it not broken, my finger probably would have, so it's not like it snapped easily. A jeweler was able to repair the broken one too, so now I have a perfect ring, and a kinda gimpy one. Every other piece I have from them is perfect and I get so many compliments.

Loveee this brand! The products are soo cool! So many variety to choose from! The designs are amazing! My kind of style! Very goth, edgy! And the items are high quality at a good price 💖

I discovered Rogue and Wolf a couple of years ago and I finally got around to purchasing some stuff from them. I am really impressed with the quality of the items I bought. I bought a couple of sweatshirt type shirts and a large coffee mug. Everything arrived quickly and well packaged. I want to buy more housewares and clothes. These really are some of the best clothes that I have purchased in a long time. I’m a customer for life now!
