Absolutely appalling service. I placed an order for dog food and never received the SMS notification that the company claims was sent, leaving me without essential pet food and out of pocket $160. There was no offer to replace the order, no attempt to contact me via phone, and zero effort to ensure smooth delivery for future orders.
Customer service showed no understanding, no solutions, and no willingness to meet halfway. I would have expected at least basic communication and support — instead, I was treated as if it were my fault.
I will be escalating this matter to Fair Trading. I cannot recommend this company to anyone.

I can never find a single fault with Rogue.
I’ve been buying from Rogue Raw for my amstaff x since May, and I never have a single complaint, nor does she.

The quality of products and food is always top tier, the service and pricing is amazing and sooo inexpensive. The food is always frozen with no signs of melting at all. Delivery is always on time from the time frame that is given and packaging is always great, never had anything come that has leaked in or outside the box. My girl is always happy when I bring her box full of yummy and nutritious treats inside, tail wagging and can’t wait to get her paws on something delicious.
Amazing range of proteins/meats to choose from, and some I thought you wouldn’t be able to get!
Will always choose to buy from Rogue Raw, always 11/10.

absolutely loved how everything is ethical and organic. the founder and director cares so much about the quality of his products and i vouch 100% for his authenticity and passion for Rogue Raw. I wouldn't recommend any other food for your feline or canine other than Rogue raw. i searched everywhere for real, fresh food and so glad somebody like Wendell exists and provides real food to my dog. can't put a price on your dog's health.

I finally found some real raw rabbit whole. I’d been trying to find some for my dogs as a treat. They were unsure at first because it was something they hadn’t had before, but once they let it brew & tasted it, there was no looking back. Such unique variety.

Transitioning my dog to raw food has been made so easy by this company. They took to the time to answer all my questions on the phone and gave me all the answers I needed. The quality is excellent, whole food you can actually see, not mince. I have found my dog had become calmer and more focused on this diet. Yes, it costs more than some dry or tinned food but the benefit to my dog’s health outweighs the cost for me. My dog is happy, healthy and licks her bowl clean every time, and with the premixed tubs I don’t have to worry about getting the balance right.

I was a little unsure about where to start on my journey with Rogue Raw and sent what would have probably been a long winded email asking for help with a simple response from Wendell "call me" from that moment I was blown away with the help, support, information and the amount of care and passion that stands behind Rogue Raw brand. THEN the food arrived - WOW! the quality can be seen in this dog food from the moment you take the lid off! Ellie, my Sheepadoodle, is a little on the fussy side, could have environmental allergies but also not interested in bones (a much needed part in her diet) I had the best conversation with Wendell, I walked away with such helpful information and tips - I felt so clear, confident I was on the right path and on track with the best diet for my girl. I still talk about our conversation weeks later! Thank you Rogue Raw for every bit of passion you put into creating a healthy well balanced diet - for loving what you do and for really caring about helping people understand the "why" behind it all. From the very first bowl, Ellie leaves nothing behind! This wasn't our first introduction to a "raw" diet, but you will be the only brand we use going forward - there's just nothing that compares! Honey and I are enjoying the transition to a raw food diet. Honey loves the RogueRaw food so much that the kibble we were finishing off through the transition ended up being given away as she would no longer eat it. Communication has been great and I have enjoyed the articles and information provided. Delivery has been on time and well packed. Definitely recommend! :)

Can’t get really better than what she did. He were very experienced knowledgeable of what you were selling. Very helpful. Even gave me a discount price with a package really can’t ask for much more. It was fantastic experience top class

Ive never seen my dog get so excited for his dinner before to the point he is now telling me off when im not fast enough as well as doing spin circles all the way to his eating spot. He usually is a grazer and never too bothered with anything food related until now. Have already seen an inprovement in his skin, i am amazed - bit angry i didnt try this sooner. Yes its abit on the pricey side but im payin way more for vet bills so it actually end up being better value for money anywayz and i have a happy puppy like dog again for an 8 yr old german shephard

I ordered the Turkey pack and Sardines and they were delivered promptly and nice and cold. The quality and amount were excellent. Very pleased with the service and quality. Would highly recommend.

said the product was whole they were half carcasses not complete bodies bad and misleading advertising will not respond to any correspondence .wouldnt recommend that anyone go near them for anything

My dogs absolutely love this food. I ordered the pre mixed tubs as a tester for quality & whether my dogs would enjoy it. I was very impressed with the quality of the tubs, being able to identify all ingredients was a welcome difference from other “raw food” brands.

Timely delivery to my door. Great quality novel proteins which can be hard to source in a regional area.

Didn’t get the third, free for buying two packs, of skin and hoof on venison bones which I thought was a promotion. Oh well. Otherwise delighted with the quality service and products.

Ordered online, easy collection, no stock issues. My big fella loves RR food and turns his nose up at everything else now.

I literally bought two treats for my dog, and have been bombarded by daily request for reviews and content since. I unsubscribed from email yesterday, but am still receiving requests. It has completely put me off.

I bought one of the meal plans and the special mutton bird (2 per pack ) with free salmon chunks. Everything is well packaged. The young lady at the counter was very friendly and helpful. When I got home I noticed there's only 1 mutton bird in the sealed bag.

My GSD absolutely LOVES his raw meaty bones from Rogue Raw, and I love that I am able to give him such a wide variety of proteins. He is 11 and happily munching his way through his senior years. Asslan says "Woof! thank you Rogue Raw".
