The CEO in Spain is a crook

The CEO for Spain, Ramon Garcia Duran, is also involved with other companies and has been bankrupt at least once. He is a crook, has ripped me of to the tune of 14,000 Euros. Avoid any company he is involved in like the plague!

Bad experience

Bad experience! The vacuum last less than a year, after that I had to charge it every 4 minutes. The company suggested me to buy a new battery for 80USD (vacuum price 150USD!) I had a bad service, bad advice. Please don’t buy from them.

roidmi not loyal

x20 vacuum works amazing, but months later the brush head stopped working. good luck with customer service. will not send a replacement head, they wanna send parts for me to fix , and sent a video on how to do it . video is in Indian and fixing myself would be very tricky. clearly states two year warranty. told me to take back to store I purchased from, but store no longer carries it and is past the 90 day return. whole point of warranty is to not fix yourself ,should be a quality vacuum if offering a 2 year warranty. been emailing back and forth for close to a month now , and telling me they will send parts because the do not have the brush head attachment in stock? maybe a new vacuum since I spent over $500 and now not working less than a year

Awful software and support

App doesn't notify you when waste water tank is full or clean water tank is empty. Roidmi Eva occasionally disconnects and doesn't resume interrupted cleaning jobs and constantly vanishes from the Roidmi app whenever I close it, must constantly re-add it manually whenever I open it. Support claims it's intended behavior, respectively forwards me to the seller and the Mi Home app instead of fixing/improving (?!), ignores WhatsApp messages, and mixes up unrelated problems.

Utterly horrible, horrible service - half a year later, no improvement!

I bought 5 units of the Roidmi Eva cleaning robot and spent a lot of money.
One of them caused a lot of trouble.
It fell down the stairs twice (one whole floor).
The local seller replaced it twice (not the Roidmi company itself).
The second replacement then didn't work - at all. It wouldn't connect to the the internet. It wouldn't run, nothing, it was like dead - just blinking.
What's worst - Roidmi doesn't support - it may seem so but actually it is a nightmare to deal with them.

I wrote to Roidmi via Whatsapp (chinese number). I had to explain the problem over and over again, took videos and everything. There was always a different person asking me the same things, I got standard replies or no replies. Nothing really adressed the problem. They didn't follow up on the problem and reread what I wrote and I kept repeating myself. It was tiring and it made me feel really powerless and helpless. They were literally stalling and drag the problem until you just get tired and give up!
If they don't know the answer to your problem, they simply ignore you.
I sent the last message November 30th and now is December 14th and the message is still unread. (Normal reply is within 1-3 days).
I can only warn you to buy from them. Truly disappointing. Even though I bought 5 Robots the support is still very bad. They actually don't care about your problem it feels.
NEVER again I spend a single cent for anything this company sells.

UPDATE July 14, 2023

Still ongoing issues: Software bugs after an update… to an extent! There is always something not working well after most updates. I feel so tired with this company. The company seems to rely on customers to find bugs. And it takes, what feels like an eternity, to see them improve . I feel like i am working for them sending messages about bugs. Support literally sucks! No reply, useless replies… I feel they just keep on stalling. If you want a reliablly working product. DO NOT BUY ROIDMI EVA! Because if there is an issue and you contact them via WhatsApp, it literally is a waste of time 90% of the time! My first and very very last roidmi product. NEVER again.

UPDATE December 6, 2023

The Roidmi Eva Battery is nearly dead and needs to be replaced before it's even two years old. Ther robot dies in the middle of jobs.... My first and definitely last Roidmi product! Also the software and the Roidmi App: Nothing but trouble... and before I install a firmware update I am already anxious of what kind of new problem will result from it. Unfortunately, I own three of them. I am SO - SO - SO fed up with these robot. Every week there is a problem with them. Sorry Roidmi, I cannot give any good credits any more. I am so done!

0 stars if i could

0 stars if i could. spent over a grand on their EVA vacuum robot and mop and its utterly crap and has stopped working. John Wang is as useless as someone can be and their customer service team have stopped replying to emails and phone calls so now im stuck with a useless product despite me being within the warranty and returns period.

Pricey product but "chinese" durability

I own and scarcely used a ROIDMI EVE PLUS. After some WIFI connecting difficulty, solved with a factory reset, the Robot has become impossible to use.
The robot is able to inspect the full house setting it at minimal suction power. When I select a more substantial suction power it power off by itself after a few minutes and forgets the house map (very annoying). I'm very disappointed that a pricey product like this has this scarce durability.
It also looks like a common problem on Reddit.
