1 Star – Order Not Delivered and Unsafe Resolution

Order #: 128057-SH

RokBlokz delivered my order to the wrong address, even after I contacted support in advance to correct the shipping details.

Instead of resolving the issue, I was told to go around the neighborhood knocking on doors to try to locate the package myself. This is both unprofessional and unsafe.

I have filed a formal complaint with Miami-Dade County Consumer Protection due to the lack of accountability and resolution.

I would strongly advise others to be cautious when ordering, especially if any issue arises with delivery.
