Martin's took my rolex jubilee strap for repair. It was worn and needed expert attention. Martin's was very polite and repectul, very efficient taking only one week to carry out the repairs and it looks a wonderful job, presenting as new. I cannot speak highly enough of the service afforded to me.

Perfect service from beginning to end! I only realised how worn the bracelet was when I got it back as it's now so much tighter on my wrist! I have had this watch for a long time and many years ago the bracelet broke. I sent it back to Rolex and they charged me a fortune for a new bracelet saying they are not repairable! As I live in France, Martin's suggested I sent the bracelet to him when he was in Latvia. This is what I did and it saved the custom's problems of sending it to UK! I now think I will get the watches original bracelet repaired!

We sent two very stretched steel and yellow gold bracelets to be improved. The finished items were beyond what we expected and better than, and at a better price point, than the company we had been previously using.
Would not hestitate to recomend Martins work.

My Rolex is about 35 years old and the Jubilee bracelet was very stretched, as well as that, the two clips holding the bracelet to the watch had worn away. When I contacted Martin he assured me he could resolve both issues which he has done to a very high standard and I’m now able to wear my watch again looking as good as new.
