Very unimpressed with customer service

Very unimpressed with customer service. They've gone dark for the last 2 months. No responses. No help. Feels like a scam. Been waiting over a year for my order to arrive. However they have the audacity to market more of their products to me (which they don't seem to send). Apparently my product was Shipped early December. Seems like an absolute LIE because I've not received it yet, and I've received zero notification of the shipment confirmation or tracking.

NO MORE EXCUSES! JUST TALK TO YOUR CUSTOMERS! You don't even address the issues publicly, it's just a behind-the-scenes secret that you want to pretend isn't an issue. Why do you lie?
