Rollingsnow did everyting they could so we should have the best time in bad Gastein. We had a problem with are room and they came to our room several times to check if the hotel hade made anything to it. The hotels service was not as good though, they were really bad with time, and to be done with things in time.
Rollinsnow were good with information, they sent everything both as a messages and email, and they were good to talk to us about information, even though they sometimes didn’t know. It was easy to find them, because they were at the places we were at. It felt safe to know that we were able to contact them 24/7.
