I wish I didn't have to give any stars…

I wish I didn't have to give any stars because they deserve none!! This is a scam! Do not send them any money. Boots look nothing like the picture. They are cheap and ugly and exteemly poor quality and smell strong of cheap plastic. Theay also will not work with you to get your money back. They tell you sorry boots may look different so looks fine to them...UGH if the price seems too good to be true it is, so don't be a fool like I was!!

Took 2 months to get and NOTHING like the advertised photo

Took 2 months to get and when they got here. no purchasing slip nor return slip in the bag. The quality is a joke...what you see on the website and in their "reviews" is bull.Size was not even close to what the chart says it should be. They are NOT leather, they do NOT have arch support, they are NOT waterproof. They are not even the right color. On the website it says "hassle free" returns - another LIE! There are no instructions on how to return and when you contact them to get a return they ask you "could these work for you?"..."could you please keep them?"...and then when you persist you get offered "chump change" gift cards ($4) on your next purchase! I would never order anything from this company. All I want is a FULL REFUND and a HASSLE FREE RETURN. Dont waste your money or your time on this company or these shoes.

Comfortable!!!...for sure!!!

I agree the shipping time and arrival time (6-8 weeks) and returns are “iffy”...but I think the shoes are really comfy!! Although all the negative things that were said, may be true, I have had NO problems with wearing them!!! Actually, wore them the first day I got them, for about 6 hours...& no discomfort whatsoever!!...& I have foot problems!! I will recommend them for comfort anyway!!

These useless foreign A-holes received…

These useless foreign A-holes received a star because I had to select one in order to write a review. I ordered two pair of boots. One pair was to be a gift for my daughter. I waited two months for these things and when they arrived
OH MY. Mad is an understatement. Both pair were folded down into a plastic bag. There was not an invoice or packing slip and they didn't even bother with a shoe box. They are cheap plastic boots that vaguely resemble the boots that were advertised. After emailing back and forth several times they told me to give the boots to a friend and they would give me a $5 gift card. I replied not no but hell no but they changed the email address because I keep getting it returned "Undeliverable ." PLEASE PEOPLE DON'T SEND THESE JACK ASSES ANY OF YOUR MONEY.

I would also give negative stars if I…

I would also give negative stars if I could. I ordered three pairs of boots because they were on sale and because they looked really good on the site. They are actually copying off of Rieker using their photos to sell their crappy products. I have been in an argument since October trying to get my money back. They offered me a three dollar gift card on their site. I am now in a dispute with PayPal and they are trying to reach the company in order to get my refund. But the catch is, in order to get the refund you have to send the product back.Sending the product back cost just as much or more as what you pay for the product. Do not buy anything from this company. Total scam. The boots are plastic and they stink.

If I could give negative stars I would

If I could give negative stars I would! Ordered boots on October 22nd. Never got a shipping notification. Contacted company and was told to be patient. Contacted company multiple times to no effect. I was finally told my boots had shipped and thank you for my patience. Two and a half months later my package arrived. I received a burrito blanket. No boots. I'm so done.

The cheapest

The cheapest, worst, most useless thing I've ever received. They are like a pair of plastic socks...and that's a compliment! Don't order. Nothing at all like the picture. They are going right to the trash. I'd be too embarrassed to donate them anywhere.

Trash bags

I have been trying since January 4 2020 to get a return address out of them. As of Wednesday they said they would refund my shipping costs once they received the alleged boots back.they asked me "can you keep? Very expensive to ship back to China" then I got the $3 gift card offer. Now they have stopped responding to my emails. Sadly I used my debit card so I'm not sure I can go that route to get a refund. Wish I had used my American Express card. Oh, and j ordered two pair, one is an adult size 10, the other is a children's size 10. Flat rubber heels instead of cowboy boots heels, glue instead of stitching, material feels like trash bags. Colors all wrong. Wish I could post photos here. I am livid.

AWFUL company

AWFUL company. So pitiful that people can live with themselves and sell crap like this. I have emailed them daily about a return, I'm up to a $8 gift card! Yay! I'm going to keep emailing them everyday. It makes me so mad. I've never had this happen. The site looked so legit. And the reviews on there were great. But sounds like after reading all these other reviews, it is the same situation for everyone.

Rolly Chic needs to be put out of business

STOP!! Do not give this company your money. It is a scam. They will provide you with an item you didn’t order then try to buy you off with $3 gift cards and try to “save” you from paying the return shipping fees. But you would never want to do business with them again so the gift card means nothing and $3 isn’t compensation for anything.

Horrible!!!

I will try to post photos of what I ordered vs. what I received! Different color, inferior materials, and fold marks permanently in the boot. What a scam! Still unable to get a refund! Where do I turn? Really did not want to give one star!

Don’t do it

Don’t do it! The shoes look amazing but in fact they are cheaply made! The sizing is WAY OFF! And they arrived a month and a half after ordering, came in a bag without a shoe box, shoved in a bag and the toe of one boot was dented. No packing slip/receipt was included. Refused to give me a return address claiming I would “take a loss” due to having to pay my own return shipping fees (which really ought to be my decision) as I paid $72 for the shoes! No customer service number. Company based out of China. This is a scam. Stuck with crap shoes.
