BAD EXPERIENCE!

am writing to follow up on my order, #8884665, which I placed on February 1st.

I haven't received any notification regarding the preparation or shipment of my order, and it doesn't appear to have been processed yet. I tried contacting you, but I didn't receive any response! I'm starting to think I just gave you money for nothing. So far, this has been a terrible experience. If I don't receive any information, I will take further action.

UPDATE! 11/02/26: The order has arrived! The shipment was actually on time; the problem was likely that the website failed to update the tracking status. The product is good, and I apologize for the misunderstanding. Kudos to the team!

Lacking in taste and consistency, too much fragrance

I've got the order. 3 stars for quality. Too much fragrance and lack of taste and cbd for good overall experience. High feels mellow and short. It is thca hash, dunno about other of their products

Very bad

I am writing this because you keep sending me promotional emails and asking for a review, while completely ignoring my actual problem.
• Massive Delay: My order is now 18 days past the promised delivery date.
• Zero Communication: It is impossible to contact the courier service, and you haven’t bothered to reply to the email I sent.
• Lack of Logic: You have time to send me daily marketing emails, but no time to provide customer support.
• Inconsistency: I see you have "supposedly" introduced PayPal now, yet it wasn't an option only 10 days ago when I needed it.
This is a total failure and shows incredibly poor organization. I am beyond disappointed.

5 STARS. EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE ORDER #8882729.

I placed an order of the first taste bundle (5 x 3 gram packets) for 109 euros.
Package was easily and quickly delivered in 5 business days.
Products are very well sealed.
So far only tried the White Russian, smell is great, buds dry, good color. I don’t smoke or vape so heated chopped buds in butter then baked into cookies.
Ate half of one as some skepticism to THC content but WOW so impressed, the effect was amazing, long lasting, initially overwhelming due to strength. I did not detect any chemicals. A quarter cookie would have sufficed!! I haven’t tried the other strains but have opened them all and the quality I do not doubt ( I recommend putting some paper towel in each bag to absorb any moisture and reseal the bags). Inexpensive compared to what’s available locally I will definitely reorder but judging by the small amount (around 1.5 grams) consumed this order will last a considerable time. My experience with ROLLZ is 10 out of 10, 5 stars. Ordering was easy, the discount code worked, delivery fast, quality of goods exceptional. I recommend.

- 20% new year discount....similar experience

--> in the end, one of the reasons for the order decision is taken away before you even finish the transaction.

Brutal

I wanted to try their Vape for lowering blood pressure naturally. I take medicine for 6 years due to high blood pressure, but I hate pharmaceutics so I was looking for alternatives and because I experienced has lowering blood pressure, but I hate smoking cigarettes I was looking for a possibility to do it by vaping.

After I tried CBD oils and cookies from the Netherlands, which had absolutely no effect on me, I found Rollz by a Facebook AD and I was very skeptical, I thought, this must be a scam, but I ordered a vaping stick anyway.

When it arrived from the czech republic, I tried it immediately. Unfortunately it was hard to suck, barely anything came out of the stick and because I am a long time vaper used to easy puffs I sucked harder and inhaled maybe ten times.

It scratched my throat and made me cough, so I stopped.

Maybe 20 minutes later it hit me.

Oh boy, that was brutal.
I tried joints 2 times in my life and I always felt just sick, but this was beyond that.

I was not only extremely dizzy, but I had short blackouts and hallucinations, like little dreams. I was like drunk, blabbered and didn't know if I really said what I just said or I only thought of it. I forgot, what I said seconds before or I forgot why I started telling what I am actually saying.

Being a hypochondriac, it caused panic attacks and I had fear of death.

I called the ambulance and was taken to the hospital where they diagnosed extremely high blood pressure due to the panic attacks, otherwise everything was fine.

I was not a full hour in hospital, but I had no sense of time and it felt like I was there for hours.

It took 5-6 hours until I was able to think clearly even though I was still dizzy.

Only after sleeping through the night, waking up the next day was I my old self again.

I will never take this stuff again, because apparently hash is not for me, but if you are experienced and you like feeling yourself like sh*te, this is definitely for you.

As I said, I was very skeptical and I thought, this will never work, but it did.
And I received it simply by post, although in Austria they forbid e-cigarettes being ordered online and being delivered by post. It still arrived like it was chocolate.

Respect for finding the loophole!
