A Systematic Three-Stage Trap: Deceptive Photos, System Flaws, and Pathological Lies!

As a business owner, honest transactions, stable inventory, and accurate fulfillment are the absolute foundation of customer trust. My experience with Romanelli B2B has been a total nightmare, exposing a systematic pattern of deception. They do not care about equal partnership; they only care about avoiding accountability while risking your brand’s reputation.

Here is the exact breakdown of how they operate in 3 stages:

* Stage 1: Deceptive Marketing & Bait-and-Switch (First Transaction)
The designs they display online are a total lie. I ordered a clean, minimalist light grey blazer, but received one with unwanted silver sequins emblazoned on the side. I also ordered a houndstooth skirt with a stylish asymmetric slit cut, but received a flat, straight-cut skirt without the slit (shipping B instead of A). Although they provided minor compensation and promised they would "cooperate and do their best in future orders," this was clearly just a tactic to keep me on the hook and hide their true inventory issues.

* Stage 2: The Hidden Checkout Financial Trap (Second Transaction)
During my next order, I discovered a dangerous trap in their payment backend. When an item runs out of stock (quantity 0), the system does NOT automatically recalculate or lower the total order amount. It tries to force you to swipe your credit card for items they don't have, effectively withholding your funds. Fortunately, I was alert enough NOT to pay and instead emailed them. While they adjusted the amount manually for me, they refused to fix this hidden system bug and gave lazy, evasive excuses.

* Stage 3: Pathological Lies & Shocking Customer Arrogance
When I confronted them about the stock dropping to 0, they lied, claiming that inventory is only reserved for 24-48 hours after a draft order is created. However, I checked my backend timestamps and proved to them that it hadn't even been 24 hours! They simply did not have the stock in the first place and used fake inventory numbers to lure me in. When I caught them in this lie and demanded answers, they dropped all professionalism and rudely emailed me: "Fortunately for both sides your selling volumes and values through our platform still do not represent neither a reputation nor a revenue damage."

Conclusion:
Romanelli B2B uses deceptive tactics to hide their broken supply chain, shifts the blame to technical glitches, and expects the retail partner to swallow the losses and apologize to the final customers. If your business isn't a massive corporate account, they will treat you like trash, lie to your face, and mock your volume. Avoid them at all costs!
