Awesome trusted company.. I had an unfortunate incident with ordering flowers and though I had to contact them a couple times they refunded me and worked with me. I really would order from them again and I would advise people to pick this company because to me they’re trustable and their customer service is awesome and I believe they’re honest people that’s important.
I've been ordering mail order seeds and plants for about 52 years and I just received some of the best plants I've ever gotten. Very well packed, much more mature than starter plants and were in much larger and deeper pots, the Clematis was huge. The smallest pot is about 5" and twice as deep as a standard 3 or 4" pot. Some pots were 6" square or larger. I'm very pleased with my first order and there will be many more. These people are great! I hope they never sell the business to someone else!
This is my first season shopping for plants online, and I honestly wasn’t sure how it would all work. I had some doubts, but once the plants from Romence Gardens arrived, I was amazed. The packaging was incredibly well done—clever and clearly designed to protect the plants during shipping. Now I understand why the prices might be a few dollars higher than at my local stores: the care they take in packing and shipping is impressive. The plants themselves were in excellent shape, and I’m very pleased with my order. I definitely recommend this company.
