Snowboard molto fragile! Topsheet rotto dopo due uscite
Dopo soli due utilizzi e nessun urto significativo, la parte superiore il topsheet si è danneggiato e scheggiato in diversi punti. In un punto la lamina che si è staccata è rimasta appena ed era anche tagliente.
Per il resto la tavola va bene, ma sono molto deluso dalla delicatezza di questa tavola.
Ho aperto un ticket per la garanzia e mi hanno risposto che non possono far nulla perché per loro sono normali danni dovuti agli urti che solitamente prende una tavola da Snowboard. Io ci vado da 25 anni e non ho mai visto una cosa simile!
Dalle recensioni caricate vedo che non sono il solo ad aver avuto questa esperienza.
Peccato ci avevo creduto molto!

After just two uses and no significant impacts, the topsheet has become damaged and chipped in several places. In one spot, a piece of the topsheet had come away and was still sharp.
Otherwise, the board is fine, but I’m very disappointed by how fragile it is.
I opened a warranty claim and they replied that they can’t do anything because, in their view, this is normal damage caused by the knocks a snowboard typically sustains. I’ve been snowboarding for 25 years and I’ve never seen anything like it!
From the reviews posted, I can see I’m not the only one to have had this experience.
It’s a shame – I really believed in it!
