Shipped me two items completely wrong. Made me pay to ship it back to get a full refund. I shipped it back and they refused the package and then will only offer me partial credit. They do not pay for returns even if they make the mistake

Had a few items from arrive via shein recently. Items are lovely and I'm really pleased with the quality. Will see if this changes after wear and wash

My order came way outside of the window. The clothing was for my birthday trip out of the country. I keep trying to start my refund and every time from different devices and each time I am told there is a system error. I try to create a ticket and same issue.

I HAVE TRIED SINCE 28/12/24 TO RETURN SOME MEN'S TROUSERS. EACH TIME I TRIED A BOX CAME UP SAYING BUSY TRY AGAIN LATER THIS WENT ON FOR OVER 3 WEEKS THEN A BOX CAME UP SAYING IT WAS TOO LATE TO RETURN. I HAVE RECEIVED 2 EMAILS SAYING THEY HAD PUT IT RIGHT WHICH THEY HADN'T THEN MORE SAYING I WAS TOO LATE TO RETURN. I NOW HAVE TROUSERS THAT'S NO GOOD.THE IST AND LAST TIME I WILL SHOP WITH ROMWE MRS S CURRY

If your package arrives at all, Romwe lies about refunding. They will not refund you at all, no matter how long it's been. They will not post any honest reviews or photos, only 5 or 4 star and photos that make the items appear better than they are. They only post fake positive reviews which people are coerced into to get discounts but ultimately none of the clothes are worth it. Dont trust any of the reviews and dont buy from here. All items returned correctly due to being very poor quality, not as described/different item from the photos and images advertised, very cheap material and clothes look awful. Theres no way to contact them at all, the bot is utterly useless and is completely unable to answer even basic questions and makes it impossible to contact anyone or resolve any issues so that you ultimately end up so frustrated that you give up and lose all your money. They will take the items back but they will not refund you despite repeatedly stating that they have, it will never happen they are lying. This is a scam company Do Not Buy no matter how good the images, products or reviews look, it is all fake, if it looks too good too be true, it is, you will only lose all your money. Most people do not even get their parcel, but are charged anyway and they will Not refund you, even if they keep saying they have.

ROMWE is a great place for cute clothes and accessories, and usually is cheap. Only complaint is some stuff being low quality, but that depends on the manufacturer. Other than that, Shipping estimates are almost always accurate, and I recommend to anyone who likes gothic, cottagecore, or kawaii clothing.

I ordered stuff before and it was fine but occasionally the items in my bag just disappear out of no where and I don't know how to get it back and its irritating since I have to find the items again

Buy most of their clothes from Shien! Haven't used the application really when I tried to do it, it was in German only. I think I will stick to Shein. Such a shame I had a coupon but the website/application has a lot of bad reviews.

I ordered it to Florida. It was in Georgia now is going CHINA to be sent to Florida. They have really nice clothes but yo. I'm one state down. Why you send to to China when it was a 7 hour drive or a quick flight to me. But instead their sending it across the world to come to me.

Be aware of this company. I believe I made an account with them years ago but I never bought anything. Anyways I find out from my credit report that my data has been found on the dark web from this Romwe account.

Tried to email them to find out what's going on and how it's going to be sorted and still yet no reply. Just beware.

I retried to order for literally 15 £ and they declined my order. I will never try again. Thanks for letting me know that this website is scam and nobody who actually wants to receive something should use it!!!!

Do NOT think you are going to get good customer support. They wanted me to keep badly fitting jeans that were not as described for a 50% refund! They have messed me around for so many days back and fourth just for a label! They have now messed me around with posting it back! I paid $17 and they REFUSE to refund it. They are a company who are not for the customers and I would advise against them.

Edited to add: The outcome was days of denying me my refund of postage. I challenged them with consumer law, they don’t care of course. They then tried saying they hadn’t received my parcel.. literally games and games and on top of that they still had the nerve to take over $10 MORE off the refund. It’s ok. I’m an amazing customer and if I find companies who are amazing I am loyal. This experience has made me look into the ways in which these China based companies produce their stuff and wow, what an eye opener. This ROMWE company is SHIEN. They are currently in 50 federal court cases.. Obviously people are waking up like I definitely have and realised there is better quality companies out there… This experience has helped me tell them to kiss my a*** goodbye. I would rather pay that little extra for better fitting clothing and better quality.

The little comment they leave below about “we are so sorry blah blah let us help you “ is all absolutely BS. They will play a little game and run you around. Their businesses are going under anyway because people have had enough

Some products have not the best quaality, but you can tell by the pictures. Other stuff is great and the price is amazing.
This is were I buy the majority of my clothes now, as returning items is easy, and the parcels don't take long to arrive.

Love Rowe so much!! I always find the best stuff for amazing prices, and they never let me down. They also have the cutest jewelry and accessories.

I had such a great experience shopping with ROMWE and the ambassador program is so worth it if you get chosen!
