Terrible Quality – Don’t Waste Your Money
I bought shoes from this brand twice. The first pair was okay, although the insoles wore out quite quickly. The second pair turned out to be a complete disaster. The insoles wore out very fast, developed holes, and after about five months the shoes started rubbing my feet. I got blisters and calluses on my right big toe and the bottom of my right foot. I also noticed that the inside of the shoe wasn’t flat – it had some uneven areas that damaged my foot, and now I keep having problems because of it. I definitely do not recommend this brand at all.

All around horrible
These boots are 29 bucks on Amazon 100 on site. If that's not bad enough they say delivery in 5 to 7 days try almost the weeks. If that leaves you with a bad taste try you psy to return them with their 90 no worry return policy. So it will cost you more to return then what they are worth on Amazon and stool be out another 40 + on top of that. I will scream it to everyone at every refinery i go to. Do not shop here

Avoid, they will not refund your money
Returned unworn shoes over two weeks ago, never even took them out of the box as they arrived too late for what I needed them for. They received the shoes back and still have not issued any refund, customer service is a nightmare to deal with and now having to do a chargeback, AVOID

Shocking customer service. Ordered and paid for pair of safety shoes but 2 weeks ago but still not received them.
Royal mail delivered to wrong address.
My regular postman has confirmed this by checking the tracking.
Rona Shoes do not want to know and refuse to contact Royal mail.
Royal mail website states to contact seller if delivery not received.
Awful after sales and customer service.
Don't buy from this lot if you value customer service because they don't care.

Pointless Tracking
The size, UK9 was a little on the large side. Not sure if worth getting the 8.5?
The tracking of the parcel was useless. There were plenty of notifications, pick up, depart, arrival, depart, airports, CNE Facility, Local Facility, Inbound scans, customs etc, etc, etc but meaningless as simply no indication of arrival date or estimate. Didn't see the point of all that info.
