This is a game changer. I have a long thick hair and this did exactly what i needed it to do. I was able to blow dry it, straighten it and it heats up quickly and it doesn’t damage her hair. Saves time and space. Works well and as expected.

Received the wrong size wig wig i paid a pretty penny for. Directly as soon as i found out contacted them. Got a reply that due to the wig being colored i couldn't get a refund but they could give me a discount to PURCHASE A NEW WIG.
1. I have ordered the same size wig for years from them (they use another name for the same company but spoke to the same number on WhatsApp beforhand)
2. They admitted to sending me the wrong size of wig
3. The wig was delivered to my new hairdresser because I was in a time crunch and wanted them to customize it so they could directly install it upon arrival.
So I had no idea before the customization that it was the wrong size cuz I had not tried it on yet.
I find it ridiculous that a company can blatantly make a mistake and instead of taking responsibility will just offer a discount code as if I'm supposed to be grateful for that and then basically put the blame and issue on the Customer. I understand mistakes are human but own up to it and fix it. I even clearly provided them with proof. This wig was meant to wear at my nieces bday party and that wasn't even possible because it would fully cover my head. I am appalled and now € 292.32 lighter. So be cautious if you are interested in purchasing from them. I was a big fan of AFsisterwig (which is them but they just use different names) and have the whatsapp phone number proof for it) Now after being treated this way after spending quite some money (i have hair loss and wear wigs full time)
I AM DISGUSTED. Have all the pictures proof aswell incase they decide to lie!

ITS HARD TO BELIEVE THERE IS SO MUCH DISHONEST WIG SELLERS FROM CHINA THAT GET AWAY WITH DISCEIVING YOU IN WHAT THEY ARE SELLING OUT THERE I PAID NEAR $400.00 WHAT I THOUGH WOULD BE A FULL LACE WIG FROM RONNIE HAIR BUT WASNT FULL LACE BUT WAS HAPPY WITH THE COLORING THE QUALITY AND LENGTH WHICH IS A MEDIUM BROWN WITH HONEY BLONDE STREAKS HIGHLIGHTS WHICH I LIKE BUT WHEN I WAS OFFER MY SECOND WIG OF THE SAME WIG AT A DISCOUNT OF $100 OFF THATS WHEN THE QUALITY THE COLORING WENT SOUTH COMPLAIN TO THEM BUT WAS TOLD NO TWO WIGS COULD LOOK THE SAME THE SECOND WIG WAS OF A DARKER BROWN WITH SYNTHETIC LOOKING BLONDE SPARKLING STRANDS AROUND THE WHOLE WIG NOT HAPPY WITH THIS ONE THERE IS NO EXCUSE FOR ADVERTISING FULL LACE HUMAN HAIR WIGS WHEN THATS NOT WHAT YOUR GOING TO RECEIVE IF YOU DONT PAY CLOSES TO $400.00 FOR IT THEY ARE SUPPOSE TO OFFER A THREE DAY RETURN WHICH THEY DIDNT BUT I WILL FILE A DISPUTE THROUGH MY DEBIT CARD. HERES A UPDATE I ALSO FOUND OUT THAT EVEN THE $400,00 FULL LACE WIG I BOUGHT FROM RONNIE HAIR HAS 25 % SYNTHETIC HAIR MIX IN I HAVE BEEN WEARING IT FOR OVER A MONTH NOW AND I AM SEEING STRANDS OF SPARKLE THROUGHOUT MY WIG NOW IF YOUR GOING TO SPEND HUNDREDS ON YOUR WIG DO NOT BUY FROM HER

The softness you feel running your fingers through them plus the curls are really neat and the best part I haven’t experienced any shedding, that’s a bonus for sure this gives value for your money. It’s a must buy.
