I bought a watch for my wife a rolex lady datejust as I previously bought a rolex dayjust for my self with came as described very nice watch and quality unfortunately my wife's watch was very poor quality and the crown was not working correctly, I contact the sales girl who sold me the watch but never came back to so I emailed the company but they also ignored my email ,so I contact another sale women to inquire about another wath I liked and explained about the trouble I had with the rolex lady datejust seem quite appreciated of my concern s and was going to seek advice from here boss,unfortunately nothing he could do said I inspected the watch on video and was happy with and violded any warnty which I couldn't believe, and said he could do ,but did offer me 20 percent of another watch, which I thought was ridiculous, as I wanted a full ,then the spied remards came was say good luck trying to get your money back,I have now open an investigation through pay pal for full refund so my advice is to keep well clear of this company, as customer is awful

I was skeptical at first as I should be, I spoke with chloe and told her I wanted a gift for me husband and she showed me the different quality even offered to do a live video call to show me.

I ended up buying a AP from her and it arrived to me within 7 days tracked. The quality of the watch was amazing I could just feel how well made it was and I am over the moon with it, thanks again and I will be back for another one next year haha!!!!
