Awful company. I ordered a nail storage bag, got a despatch email the next day but when tracking it, it was clear that it had never been handed to Royal Mail. I emailed and they replied blaming it on the strikes. Numerous emails afterwards went unanswered and then I discovered that their website had shut down! Disgusting people, taking my money for a product, knowing they were going out of business.
Fortunately I was able to chargeback the money via my bank. I hope these dreadful humans never start another business!

Ordered a lot of sale items from this company. Waited for delivery but after 2 weeks nothing arrived. I sent 4 e-mails and i called both tel numbers on the web site but no answer. (One of them said it was an incorrect number.) Then all of a sudden i had an email from them to say if i did not collect my order from a drop off locker (DPD were the delivery company) by the same day then the goods would go back to the Depot and then returned to them, Roo Beauty. I sent 2 more e mails asking for a tracking number and explaining that i have still not had delivery of my order or any information about where the locker was that i could collect it from. Finally a week later i got a tracking number and put it into the DPD system which then said it was on its way back to the delivery depot. Sent yet another 2 e-mails which was met with silence, nothing. Finally received an e-mail saying that they had issued a full refund, as yet nothing has turned up in my bank account. Personally i think they are either in the process of closing the company down or going bankrupt. Very bad customer service, and so unprofessional. I will not be ordering from them ever again.

Cancelled my order and only received a partial refund. Tried emailing, phoning, IG messages etc and no response!!!!!

I purchased a hairdresser bag that developed a problem. I contacted the company who dealt with my issue swiftly and without any argument. Very pleasant to deal with a professional outfit.

If I could give a 0 I would!!!! My product came used and DIRTY during a global pandemic 🤮 no reply for over a week and then all they offered me was a refund when I needed it for 12th April to start work. Absolutely pathetic company, do not waste your time. Take your money elsewhere I wish I did!!!!

I've bought so many bags from these guys I love them! High quality and so useful. Highly recommend!

What an awful company. I bought scissors from them on Sunday night from their website and paid £100 . The PayPal transaction went through but I received no email confirmation from them to confirm purchase . Their is nothing on their website or voicemail that suggests they are shut due to COVID. I emailed twice , called twice and left an instagram message which I could see was seen asking for reassurance that all ok ? I was completely ignored.. no response at all . Just noticed they have refunded me my money through PayPal with no explanation at all . Avoid buying from this company
