If you’re considering playing here, please look at other casinos first. In my experience, this has to be one of the cheapest platforms out there when it comes to player rewards.

The bonus system is honestly terrible. Instead of receiving a reasonable amount upfront, you only get around 20% of the bonus credited to your balance, while the rest is locked away in a vault and slowly released three times a day over a period of 14 days. If you miss the claim window, it simply expires. It feels unnecessarily restrictive and designed so players lose part of the bonus they’ve technically already earned.

On top of that, the weekly and monthly rewards are extremely low compared to other casinos. For example, I wager roughly $250,000 per month, yet I receive only about $18 upfront and around $72 spread out over two weeks. That’s barely anything considering the volume. Without naming competitors, I can say that many other platforms would credit $400 or more instantly for the same level of wagering.

The situation has also gotten worse over time. The promo codes posted on Telegram used to be around $10 in BTC, but now they’ve dropped to $2.50 or sometimes even $1, and BTC is the only option. It’s a clear downgrade from what it used to be.

Another major issue is how they’ve handled the VIP program. Rewards for loyal players have been significantly reduced. VIP players used to receive perks like free spins and better bonuses, but now the rewards feel heavily nerfed. On top of that, joining the VIP program has reportedly become much harder, making the whole system feel less rewarding for long-term players.

Overall, the platform just doesn’t feel competitive anymore. When you compare the rewards, bonuses, and treatment of high-volume players to other casinos, there are simply far better alternatives available.

Honestly, this might be one of the worst options right now in terms of value for players.

If you bet on esports, DO NOT use Roobet. They literally freeroll their users. I placed a legitimate live bet on a Tier 1 CS2 match, my team won, but Roobet canceled my bet and merely refunded my stake 2 hours after the match was completely over.

MongolZ won the 3rd map. My ticket was a clear winner. But 2 hours later, they changed the status to "CANCELED," set the odds to 1, and stole my rightful winnings.

Support is useless and provides zero valid explanation. This is PGL Cluj-Napoca — a major Tier 1 event. There are no "data feed errors" or "low liquidity" issues here. They simply refused to pay out a winning ticket because they wanted to keep the money.

If a casino can retrospectively cancel your winning bets hours after a match ends, your funds are never safe. I will be escalating this to Casino.guru and AskGamblers. Pay me my winnings!

Very suspicious patterns regarding the wins/losses. Won a little within the first several times playing, then lost a lot and after raising my bet won a little. More losses and then tried bonus buys, little bit of winning again at first and then loss after loss. Dont really care to argue or explain more, won’t be using Roobet again. Have put a few thousand in the site and in my opinion the most blatantly unfair site with very noticeable patterns.
