Having placed a number of orders with them I have yet to hear back from any of them. I did not receive any of the items, get told whether they were dispatched or even got a reply from them when I tried to contact them.
I honestly would advise people not to make purchases with them.
I am currently in the process of trying to get paypal to reverse the payment, as I have tried contacting a few times, through the website, and through paypal.
Save yourself the hassle and try finding the product you want else where (or resign to not getting the product like I have as they seem to be the only people in which sell the item I want in the UK)

All my questions were answered quickly, the shipping took less than a week and the item I ordered (and recieved) is amazing!
I am so happy with my purchase and with the amazing service.
Next time I need something geeky, I Will defenitly buy it from here :)

Found Roobix on eBay and they offered who I was looking for cheaper than any where else. Product arrived quicker than expected and very well packaged. On the whole very pleased with service and will certainly use them again. Thanks!

was very good fun and exciting to see what was in the stone . I found it a little hard but after a while I got used to it . When you find the gem in the stone it gets harder because u have to be careful not to brake the stone . I would say that children 5 and over will find this fun and it would not be too hard.😋😃😄😜🌈🔨

I would definitely recommend this company. My order arrived really quickly and was perfectly well packaged. I ordered through Amazon, but would go direct next time as I was very happy with their service.

I bought a funko pop vinyl figure from them through amazon. The packaging for the product was satisfactory with no damage taken during transit. Also the delivery options were the quickest I could find on amazon. Thoroughly recommended.

Ordinarily we're limited in the UK to crying about the great stuff available to Sci-fi fans in the US. BUT NO MORE! Roobix have all the things I wanted from the states, and more, and the service was super fast and hassle free! Def a return customer now! Thanks Roobix!

Ordered iKlip Studio. Being in a village in Wales I don't have a high expectation of things actually getting here very quickly, but this was brilliant. Very quick delivery. Item exactly as described and cometitive price.

Often it get's complicated to get items from the UK ordered in germany. But they've send it really fast. And the prices are okay. Not the cheapest, but it's awesome quality!

but for me it was to expensive.

The shipping went fast,
I live in Germany, and the package arrived me after 7 Days.

Rob is really helpful and professional, when my item was out of stock he took the time to find alternative replacements at a discount or alternatively a refund. We ordered some lab mugs for some of my friends that were leaving work. They arrived quickly and looked just like science beakers with handles. I was reluctant to order as I had not used the company before but was allowed to delay payment through Paypal so that the money was taken after they were delivered. I had no problems and am happy to recommend them.
