UPDATE:
There was a miscommunication, in that while I did not initially receive info about my order status, the order was in fact on its way, and arrived the same day that I initially wrote this review. Got home to a carefully packaged shirt that made its way from the UK to San Francisco in about as many days as one would expect. Heard back from Rood with a nice, personal email explaining the situation. 5 stars for service, 5 stars for quality. Best T-shirt I own...very happy customer!

I inquired about my order status (Order #1149) and got no reply. Yet I received this survey without any further information on the status of my purchase. Odd. How else can I rate you? I'd give a zero if that were an option, just based on customer service.

These socks have replaced all my nike sports socks I own! They not only are the most comfortable socks I have ever owned but unbelievably keep my feet bone dry after an hour & a half of HIIT exercise! Plus they wash well

I ordered some personalised face masks for my business and I have to say that the level of service provided from Rood from start to finish was exceptional. We were all so impressed with the quality of the masks. Never have we had anything quite so soft but also durable and good for the environment. We are about to order some T-Shirts in addition as we were so thrilled. Could not recommend this company more highly. We are keeping an eye out on more products to be released!

I am so happy with my Rood purchase. I have a lot of white t- shirts but my Rood one is now by far my favourite. It fits really nicely and is so comfortable. The team are very nice and helpful, especially with questions about sizing.
