We run a performance marketing company and we got many clients in the ecommerce niche mostly d2c who come to us after getting scammed from shopdeck.

Recently we get a case where the brand owner had spend 30k on ads and didn't get a single order from ads.

Also when we have checked they hadn't run ads worth 30k also they don't offer any sort of support, we have tried to call their support team raised ticket but no response.

Also there's very less customization option available even less than shopify and wordpress and if you are just starting out or even have good amount of money to spend don't invest in this company because they charge 3% on every successful order so if you have less margin you will be in loss making brand.

We have talked to their sales team they themself agreed that not every brand is getting growth only few of them were getting growth.

I don't understand what things make investors to invest in this company.

Scammers. They send wrong product intentionally and dont pick up the phone later or respond to messages. Cheaters

They deliver damaged product and then there is no return options. They won't pick your call.Dont waste your money, they don't know how to package it.Its a scam, you will see lot of offers because of this.

They send wrong plants. Customer service is unhelpful. Avoid or you will end up wasting money.
