In contrast to some other reviews I had a great experience with Roofing lines after a particularly helpful customer support person (thanks Samuel) intervened to make sure that the delivery was expedited due to time constraints on site. Will use again for sure.

The products are reasonably priced, however returns are expensive - nearly £50 because they charge you a restocking fee. For a DIY project - excess items or an error in purchasing can be costly. Make sure you have checked everything twice before paying - with £18 per delivery, it all adds up.

Delivery of first order was v good, 2nd order never turned up. No one to answer telephone calls as it just keeps getting cut off after several rings.

very poor communication. Order a number of tiles but come up with the wrong item. I called/messaged to get a replacement but I was told they don't have it. I asked for a return and refund. They have agreed but no any arrangement since then. Now, it is the fourth week. Those wrong tiles are still there.

Shocking ( non existent ) customer service . Ordered roofing materials , prompt delivery , broken item immediately emailed with photos , email said response within 2 days 😂😂😂😂😂 after a week phoned “ we’ll get straigh on it “

Lengthy Order DELAY and poor communication. We placed and fully paid our order S227261 dated 30 June 2020. On 3 of July this company informed us this order would be delivered on 7 of July 2020. However, we have not yet received Even today is 11 of July. We have emailed this company to request for order update in recent days but none reply has been received.

I bought some milled lead from this company, the website was really user-friendly. I received the goods quickly and would recommend.

As a novice with a big project to replace board and cover a full extension I found the website easy to navigate and select required materials and associated products.

I used the website chat service, speaking to Lily who advised me how to order certain quantities and gave perfect sheet sizing advice.

Once my order was placed she was back assisting with adding specifics to the order, giving a thorough check for me and adding all details to make sure the order was completed to my exact requirements.

She then advised me of delivery details. The order arrived and the materials were laid out and installed at the weekend.

The installation was easy for a total novice like myself and everything was made much easier and less time consuming thanks to Lily helping personalise the order and having items cut to match the project requirements.

I have found very few companies providing online sales who provide such a superb and personalised service and I am most grateful for all the excellent advise and support given during purchasing and post sales support.

A big thank you to the team who worked to have this shipped to my requirements.
