The product came with visible damage, it did not fit my window either and it was very expensive.

Hi Daniel, thank you for you feedback. We have looked into your comment and can see that you have no contacted our customer service team in regards to your damaged items.
Our items do pass through a busy parcel network, and very occasionally damages do occur.
That's why we have a policy in place where all damages are to be reported within 48 hours, and a replacement can be sent out.
Please can you forward images of the way the item arrived to you so we can look into this for you and arrange a replacement. Please send these to sales@fakrogb.com.
Excellent service and great product
Used the company twice now and both times great! Product very good and was kept in touch re progress. Arrived on time and in good condition. I've been very impressed and would highly recommend them and will be using them again if required.

The technical support was awesome
My controller for my skylight window had been ruined by corroded batteries. I telephoned the company and ordered a new controller which arrived sooner than expected. For the life of me I was unable to set up the new controller. In desperation I phoned the company again and the Tech guy was brilliant. Courteous, patient and couldn’t be more helpful. Controller working beautifully and so needed during the heatwave.

Blind was delivered on the date expected.
Am very happy with the blind, it looks good (nice green colour) and is effective in blocking the heat.
Everything listed in the fitting instructions leaflet was there. Instructions clear and easy to follow.

Very helpful and a great service. Helped me identify the exact part I needed, only low in value on an older Fakro roof window but provided great service when other companies would likely not.
