My order didn't arrive. I contacted the company who simply said that they had proof of postage. They insisted that Royal Mail were liable - they are not. Under the consumer rights act which came into force on 1 October this year, they are responsible for the delivery of the goods not the courier. Customers are legally entitled to a full refund up to 14 days after the goods are delivered. They refused to resend or refund in breach of my consumer rights and I am now claiming the money through my credit card company.
