It can definitely improve for paying users
The website has to improve.
I got more messages from prospective roommates in a competitor website for free than paying in Roomgo.
It felt like even after paying, my room ad was not featured in the website, as the days passed and passed, and I got very few messages from interested people. Finally, I found a roommate in the other website for free.
I think you should pay more attention to the clients that are paying for your service and feature them better.
