I was a premium user recently
I was a premium user recently. In fact, I'm a repeat user as I used this website some time ago. I'm pleased with this website due to the following reasons:
(1) the tenants posted genuine requirements and they are responsive;
(2) if any fake tenant is detected, I report it immediately and the company takes immediate action. As advertiser, we are well protected.
(3) Many many years ago, I was also a premium user and found a super good corporate German tenant within one month and my whole unit Cityscape was rented out. Rental payment was prompt too and my apartment was maintained in good condition too. Evidently, I will return to this website to look for tenants.
In conclusion, I'm pleased to be a repeat customer. Additionally, I recommended my daughter and also my friends. I confirmed it's my genuine experience and I haven't received an incentive to write this review too.

I've been using the Roomgo website since 2016,
and have found it a really convenient platform to connect with potential tenants.
The website has some useful tools, such as sending an informal interest to a potential guest, and keeping track of favourite postings too.
The subscription term rates are generally affordable too.
I have over the years managed to host a number of expat tenants through Roomgo, and have in turn received good reviews of their stay at my home.
I'm happy to recommend Roomgo in your search for good expat tenants.

UI might be bit old BUT this SITE SERVES ITS PURPOSE. Indeed, a very helpful application. Straightforward and very easy to use. Just post your ad looking for a place, then sends interest/message to the landlady/agent or COULD BE vice versa. And voila! You got yourself a place! Roomgo also creates a listing for you and sends email regularly as long as your ad is active. 10/10 would recommend.
