Absolutely terrible experience - I strongly advise against booking with this company.

When picking up the keys, they either “accidentally” or intentionally gave me the wrong room key - for a much lower-standard room than the one I had actually booked. I had to complain before they finally agreed to change it.

After check-in, I also discovered that the room equipment and conditions did not match the listing at all. But once you arrive, what are you supposed to do? Cancel? You already moved in and rented the room for several months.

The apartment was advertised as a flat shared with students, but instead I was greeted by a creepy 50-year-old man who didn’t maintain any cleanliness and would even show naked photos of his hookup girls to people in the apartment. Absolutely disgusting and uncomfortable.

And the worst part - after moving out, they refused to return the deposit even though everything was left in perfect condition. They simply ignored messages and phone calls. Only after contacting Spotahome did they finally “graciously” return the deposit.

Never book with them.

The landlord handled the situation very poorly. I was asked to go back and forth between locations to check the room, and the property shown was not the one I booked. This caused unnecessary stress and inconvenience.

Additionally, I have found multiple negative reviews online about this landlord (Room in Valencia), which raises serious concerns about misleading listings and reliability.

This situation has not only affected my accommodation but also caused significant inconvenience upon arrival in Valencia.

I expect Uniplaces to take responsibility and resolve this properly.

As previously stated, I request:
- Immediate cancellation
- Full refund of €624 (including all charges and service fees)

Please treat this case with urgency.
