BEWARE! This online travel agent is a SCAM! Took my money and made it like as if they have locked in the accommodation with the hotel. I then called the hotel to verify my booking and there was nothing there! I then request for alternative resolution or full refund. After three months, am still chasing up my refund/alternative booking.
If i were you I would definitely not book with this company. I dont know how many times I have to tell them our international borders are closed due to COVID 19 and we won't be able to travel until mid 2021 at the earliest our government has announced. The hotel we booked through RoomsXXL agreed in writing to me that they are happy we cancel the booking with a full refund. However RoomsXXL is refusing to give the money back as they keep saying the contract is with there partner (whoever that is) and not the hotel. This is terrible behaviour and I would instead direct you to hotels.com as they have been nothing but accommodating and refunded all our international bookings in full.
