Rebranded
They rebranded I think so I've copied my experience with them here. Just trying to prevent anyone else getting scammed like we did.

Contract Scam
There is a very specific reason they force you to sign a long term contract. They don't provide the services advertised and then they force you to pay. It's effectively a scam.
They were very polished to sucker us in but once the contract was submitted they vanished. There were no reviews at the time so I'm glad at least I get to warn people not to fall for it like we did.
They were happy to extort us, a nonprofit, for every penny they could once they had us in the contract despite never getting a single like, comment, or follow from their platform.
If you are considering it in any format do not go with them. Look for a more reputable company that lets you try the platform out before locking you in. There's a reason they rely on this trick.
